   Just incredible from the walk in to the restaurant until we left. Greeting us by name (Lynn) and offering a welcome beverage as they escorted us to an incredible view. The ceviche was incredible along with the mahi mahi. I only wish I had room for desert. We have a few more days here and hope to return.

   Absolutely amazing! You get what you pay for! It’s a must to splurge during a visit to Anguilla. The table-side ceviche is a dish you cannot miss!

   Drinks at cocktail hour took an hour to get. Then walked to our reservation at Salt waiting another 1hr for our first drinks. The server was nice but extremely slow and then disappeared. Another staff member took over and things slightly improved. Bill was even wrong. Manager was kind and apologized but have to say I was very disappointed .
