   I’m 65 years old. This is the second time in my life that I walked out of a restaurant after being seated. Reservation was a 1:00 (we arrived on time). Order was taken at about 1:15. We walked out when no food had been served by 2:25.

   My first time at Seasalt! Lovely atmosphere, friendly, competent staff, and delicious food. Reasonable prices. The tuna tartare appetizer was delicious (we got pita to go with it). I had the vegetable moussaka which was terrific. It was a little noisy, because the restaurant was completely full, but we could easily hear one another. I would happily go back!

   Had an amazing dining experience at Sea Salt NYC! We started with the octopus and calamari—both perfectly tender and flavorful. The scallops were seared beautifully, and the chicken kebab was juicy and well-seasoned. For drinks, the dragonberry cocktail was a refreshing standout. Big shoutout to our server Dogus, who was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. Definitely coming back for more!

   I highly recommend the warm flatbread Mezze platter and the Vegetarian Moussaka. Both were outstanding as was the service.

   Nice neighborhood restaurant. Food and service was good but the wait to get our food was long, and the restaurant wasn’t crowded. Small portions and prices very high for small appetizers. If you’re in the mood for delicious kebabs and big platters go to Ravagh Persian Grill next door.

   My friend and I had a very nice dinner experience at Sea Salt. We had a reservation and were promptly seated. Service was friendly, prompt, and super knowledgeable of the menu. Food was spectacular (octopus, salads, Greek chips, fish entrees). Cocktails were inventive and delicious (the beet gin cocktail was tasty!) but the white wine was so so (not the crisp mineral flavor I like). The ambiance was exceptional. A nice welcoming contemporary design to bring family, close friends, and a date to!

   The decor and ambience was very good, and the selection of wine and food provided variety without being overwhelming. I'd characterize the food flavor profile as being contemporary elevated mediterranean, rather than traditional/classic. Food is on the pricier side, but this was a good place for a weekend night out.

   The warm glow of the lights, the fresh flowers on each table, and the soft hum of Mediterranean melodies set the perfect scene for what turned out to be an unforgettable dining experience. As someone who loves seafood, I was immediately drawn to their fresh selection. Every bite was perfection—tender, flavorful, and expertly prepared. But what truly won me over were the traditional dips. I could’ve made a meal out of just their babaganoush, muhammara, hummus, and tzatziki—each one rich, velvety, and packed with authentic Mediterranean spices. Paired with their warm and crispy pita bread, it was pure heaven. For the main course, I went with the lamb kebab, and it was easily one of the best I’ve had—juicy, well-marinated, and grilled to perfection. One of my friends has a gluten allergy, and we were thrilled to hear that all their grilled dishes and dips are completely gluten-free. It’s rare to find a place that caters so well to different dietary needs without compromising on flavor. And then came dessert—their homemade blueberry cheesecake. Creamy, perfectly balanced, and just the right amount of sweetness. Sea Salt’s cocktail menu did not disappoint. I started with the Tulum Margarita, a refreshing blend with just the right kick, and later tried the Fig Old Fashion, which had a deep, rich, slightly smoky flavor that paired beautifully with the meal. Beyond the food, what made this place truly special for me was the atmosphere. It’s intimate but lively, elegant yet comfortable. Whether you’re on a date, out with friends, or just treating yourself to a solo dinner, Sea Salt makes you feel at home. I don’t say this lightly, but this might just be my new favorite Mediterranean spot in the city. The flavors, the service, the ambiance—it’s the kind of place that stays with you long after the meal is over. Highly, highly recommend!

    Sea Salt hosted for 18 of us, for a family gathering - and absolutely crushed it! Food was incredible, drinks were incredible, and the service was out of this world. 11/10
