   Never disappointed. Morgan (aka Captain Morgan) was an excellent server. Very attentive for being so busy. Thank you Salt Rock for being consistent.

   Disappointing early dinner here. The acoustics of the Main room are terrible and the noise level made it impossible to talk. Our server rushed us through the meal. And the food itself was lacking. All of the fish was served in chunks or pieces and was not very flavorful ( although the fish did seem fresh). One friend had meatloaf which was mushy in texture. I might go back and try again but I’d def request the waterview room and try something different.

    It was fantastic. We weren’t excited about the menu. As nothing seemed to be fresh caught. But after 8 different people recommended it, we went for it! Plenty of fresh catch options. It was over the top. Will probably go back again before we leave.

    Second time going to the Salt Rock Grill. We went for the early supper club special. The food was delicious and presented very nicely. Very happy about the great service and the drinks. We'll be going back again!

    I come to Indian Rocks every year to celebrate my birthday and stop at Salt Rock for dinner. This place is classy, elegant, the view from every seat is perfect, and the food and wait staff are impeccable. Be seated by 5:00 for the early bird special which is well worth it

    Our reservation was for 7:15pm. We were seated around 7:30. Our table was in a large glass room against a wall, which was occupied by a large group. As a result of the large party our dinner wasn’t served until 9:25pm. All of our meals were serve warm as if they had sat for a while. Our server was apologetic, but we assumed him it wasn’t his fault. We were very disappointed and this will likely be our last visit for a while.

    Really disappointing! We have driven by this place for a few years and it always looked busy so we made a reservation and decided to give it a try. We had a horrible experience food came out slow when it did come it was cold our waiter Anthony seemed indifferent and was occupied with a table of twelve and kept reminding me he was busy because of it. our entrees arrived 1 hour and 45 min after placing our order just to find out that it was totally wrong. Anthony our server was rude not only to us but to the food runner that brought the food berating him in front of us. They ended up taking 2 apps off the bill but even with that there seemed to be no value. Extremely poor service by Anthony, mediocre food, and top dollar menu prices had me wishing I would have kept driving past this establishment. 2/10 rating.

    This restaurant is always excellent. The early bird meals are more than ample and priced reasonably. Our server, Sampson, was excellent and contributed to the overall experience. I always order fish as they catch their own each day and it is fresh but others in our party ordered the meatloaf and it was very good as well.

    Went back before leaving beach. We got steaks this time, and so happy we did. Cooked perfectly, as ordered, wonderful lunch. Had house salad and baked potatoes. My son ordered an extra side of bacon wrapped scallops, that he said were delicious. Highly recommend getting steaks here, amazing. Our server was Alexa, who took excellent care of us, very attentive and friendly. Lunch was perfect, thank you Salt Rock Grill!

    I made reservations a week ahead of our visit. We were seated outside after waiting for 30 minutes. Hostess was drinking coffee and on cell phone. Food was excellent but staff ruined the experience

    It took a while for our entrees to be served. The table opposite was seated after us but received their food way before we did. Thought it was because the pork chop ordered off the early bird may have taken longer to cook. It was delivered overcooked and very dry. Didn't want to return food as it took too long for service.     The steel handicap ramp from the drive is not stable and unsettling to a person with disabilities. It conveys a cobbled attempt from an expensive venue that could do better. It is interesting that the attributes cover kid friendly and dog friendly but not ADA friendly.

    From the time you walk in the front door, the smell of oak in the grill with her cooking the steaks, and all of the meat and fresh food displayed sets the stage for a wonderful dining experience. I had the ribeye, medium rare, and it was fabulous. We had a red wine from Italy end. It was very good. The apple crisp dessert is to die for. Beautiful view overlooking the intercoastal. I remember when they started at the Pueblo Indian village on IRB and now they have a beautiful restaurant.

    The service was exceptional. Our waitress Taylor did a great job. The food was good and honestly the only reason I didn’t give it. The highest rating is because I ordered a medium rare steak and it was past medium but otherwise I would definitely go back there again.
