   Don’t be deterred by the lack of an ocean view—Salt Resto Bar more than makes up for it with unforgettable food, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, attentive, and on point without ever feeling intrusive. The grouper and lamb dishes are absolute standouts. The grouper, in particular, is a must—perfectly seared and served in a rich, garlicky, buttery sauce that you’ll want to savor to the last drop. Pro tip: add the rice—it’s the perfect vehicle to soak up every bit of that incredible sauce. The lamb was equally impressive—tender, flavorful, and cooked with precision. We were also impressed by the cocktails—beautifully balanced, creative, and well priced, which is a rarity in resort towns. Whether you’re a fan of classics or want to try something new, you’ll find something worth sipping. While it may not sit on the water, Salt delivers where it counts most: in the kitchen and through its team. If you’re in Exuma and looking for one of the best meals on the island, make this a priority. Highly recommend.

   Food was very good and portions rather large. The bread and oil brought to table was divine. Husband was starving so ordered the meatball and chicken wing appetizers! I will say probably the best wing I’ve had on the island. Both meatball and wings were very tasty. I had conch salad—yum! Just right about of “heat”. I had the grouper and husband had the chicken parm. Our server was a lovely, welcoming woman. We went at 6:00 on a Friday evening and it was very quiet. By the time we left, around 7:15-7:30 there were just a few occupied tables. I had expected it to get loud, as the space is quite small, but it did not. Nice casual but elevated vibe. Husband wore shorts and nice golf shirt (as did other male patrons). I wore white jeans and a light sweater—-totally appropriate for this establishment. Other women had sun dresses, nice shorts, etc. We will return as it is only a 7 minute drive from our home—but reservations are recommended if not required.

   The service was attentive without being overbearing, and everyone was genuinely friendly. My husband had the grouper and said it was wonderful, while I had the tacos, which were absolutely delicious. The cocktails looked amazing, and the whole place had a fantastic vibe and ambience. I’d definitely recommend it and will happily be returning!

   We had a lovely dining experience at Salt Resto. It is beautiful inside with cozy seating and a stunning bar. The staff is superb! Very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. Started us off with homemade focaccia - amazing. We had the meatball appetizer which was rich and soft - perfection. Our family had wings and the taco flights. They also have a great kids menu for those with little ones! The drinks are a musty try as well - the martinis are delicious and served beautifully. Presentation, flavor and culinary creativity were all 5 stars. A must try on Exuma - so glad they are here. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience.

   Absolutely fantastic spot for food, atmosphere, and service here in Exuma. Just opened in the past 6 months so not as crowded as some of the other high-end and well known restaurants on the island, but the food was the best we had while here on vacation. Highly recommend the tacos, conch chowder, margarita wings, and any specialty cocktail!

   Overall outstanding!! Elvis was our bartender and he was exceptional. Had the barbacoa and shrimp tacos. Crem brûlée dessert. Tanqueray and ginger, mojito. PERFECT!! I would go again and recommend HIGHLY!!

   Excellent food, great service, fun atmosphere. Definitely will be back again during our next trip. The grouper was great and a very nice sized portion of fish.

   Salt is a must!!! Lovely, our waitress was just that. She was very hospitable and kind. The food was amazing! The restaurant is quaint, and intimate. I would definitely return!
