   My family and I wanted to try a new restaurant on the island and was extremely underwhelmed by the gnats & mosquitoes flying above our heads and around our table. We waited almost two hours to receive our entrees which is unacceptable. The quality of the food was low. We ordered crab cakes and there was barely any crab meat, mostly filler; the crab cakes taste like stuffing from a box. We left feeling unhappy about the entire experience. No need to go back.

   Salt was a new experience for us. Amazing ambiance, good service, and exceptional food. Shared appetizers included Asian style tuna tartar (well seasoned and beautifully presented) and grilled octopus (tender and flavorful) and salad. Entrees included steak with chimichuri sauce, rice and beans and plantains, seafood pasta, and seafood stew. Generous portions, lovely presentation! Recommended!

   Service was good and the 25% discount on the bottle of wine was a nice surprise. However, food left a lot to be desired and prices are high. My starter was burrata served with salad. The salad was old arugula not dressed with yellow leaves. It was sent back and returned as dressed salad mix. The burrata was cut in half, definite no no, with some tasteless red nodules on top which bled pink color into the burrata. My main course was blackened tuna with quinoa and broccoli. The tuna was not cooked properly, quinoa was horrible and broccoli was old and overcooked. My wife had steak with rice and beans, broccoli and fried plantains. The steak was good but she left the rice, left the old overcooked broccoli, and the plantain which had no flavor. Not a good experience.

   I thought this was one of the better restaurants ane experiences from our vacation. I would recommend. The restaurant itself had a good vibe to it even though it was not very crowded during our later reservation. My wife and I really enjoyed our food here. She is still raving about the lobster salad as the portion was very generous. My tuna was very good as well. High Five to the staff here!

   Aesthetically pleasing ! So pretty by the pool with lights and fire places . Good was good, would give it a B+ Service was good however we were there for. LONG time. I think they maybe short on staff/ bartender ? My job end got a mango Moscow mule that was not good at all. The rest of drinks were good and food was good too. Good took a long long time to come out as well As drinks But I would still go back Staff super nice and polite and friendly

   Great food,especially the Wednesday night steak and ale special. Beautiful space, friendly attentive service, and great live music the night we were there. Would definitely return!

    Area was incredible. Hotel was clean and food was great too. I did however wanted more of a variety of desserts, such as cheesecakes or even tiramisu. However food was great and had no issues.
