   We have been here several times and have never been disappointed. The food is amazing. We asked to sit at the table in the bar area because the dinning room was very loud and packed. There was a show at the Memorial Hall a block away and I think a lot of people were dining here prior to the show. We started with the pork and leek dumplings and progressed to the seared wagyu beef strips. Both were melt in the mouth delicious and full of flavor. We then split the Mongolian wagyu beef noodles. It was so flavorful that we ordered a second helping of this. My husband got the basil Thai mocktail and he enjoyed it so much that got two more. I had the espresso martini which was large and delicious. The hostess was very sweat and kept bringing us new bottles of water. Our server was a little slow and that was the only drawback. She was the bartender and was busy making drinks for the whole restaurant but we had to flag her down each time we wanted something because she never checked in.

   Fabulous food. Fabulous wait staff, in particular, Katherine. She had wonderful, enthusiastic suggestions! And she was right about everything. However, I have a feeling that whatever we ordered would have been terrific. It’s that kind of place. I can’t wait to go back.

   Our second time at Salt and we brought friends. The food is delicious and I liked how they brought one appetizer at a time so we could enjoy each one before another came. We enjoyed the duck steam buns, crab Rangoon, pork and leek dumplings.

   We have been dining with Salt for a number years and have yet to have a bad experience. Tonight was no exception. From the craft cocktails to the great food and outstanding service it was another great dining experience

   This was our 1st visit and we cannot wait to go back!!! We sat at the bar, the service was outstanding. Watching the bartenders create one of a kind concoctions was a plus!!! The martinis were large and out of this world. I had to try their own TROMBA REPOSADO SINGLE CASK it was nice and smooth. Have I mentioned the food!!! Creative, large portion’s and so delicious. We can’t wait to return to make our way through the menu!

   The pork and leek dumplings were delicious. As was the duck steam bun. My husband thoroughly enjoyed his ramen bowl and I thought the gogugang chicken was great.

    Extremely disappointed after reading so many rave reviews. The salmon poke bowl was too sweet. The yellowtail sashimi was a pale imposter for hamachi and had an extremely strong ,fishy taste, not unlike old mackeral. The DanDan noodles were basically a salt like in a bowl. Cannot recommend.
