Salt Life in Coral Springs is a seafood restaurant serving lunch and dinner. The menu includes a raw bar, sushi, salads and, of course, salt water favorites. A popular favorite has always been the caliche’s poke bowl with fresh tuna, soy sauce, steamed spinach, sticky rice, avocado, sesame seeds and green onions. Although primarily seafood, Salt Life also offers burgers, a portabella veggie sandwich and skirt steak. The island food experience would not be complete without a cup or bowl of Bahamian conch chowder and a dozen raw or steamed oysters. Gluten free options are also on the Salt Life menu.
