Though it’s only been open since 2013, Salt Kitchen and Rum Bar already has a loyal following because of its creative approach to comfort food. As a “Gástrō Pùb”, it promotes amazing food in a comfortable setting. As the name suggests, it also places a big emphasis on rum. To that end, the drinks at Salt Kitchen and Rum Bar carry names like Holiday in Cambodia, Unbearable Why and Cold and Vertical. Use these to wash down the lobster poutine, salt block scallops or fish tacos.
