    Enjoyed an amazing dinner at Salt and the Cellar. Restaurant has very trendy and relaxing atmosphere. Food was great, presentation amazing. It is hard to choose the favorite dish or drink. We ordered two moctails "Moonchild" and "Where clouds end" and they both were sensation not only for the taste buds but for the smells as well. Definitely recomend the location. In real estate you say location, location, location is everything but don't get steered away from visiting this place because of where it is located, when you enter - you will be pleasantly surprised.

    An amazing experience with inventive food and attentive service. Lovely environment. You have to bring your own alchohol but that’s a good thing since we brought an excellent bottle of wine from home and they served it beautifully. We will come back! In a tourist area but it’s an oasis!

    My experience at Salt & the Cellar last night had its ups and downs. We had driven over an hour with high anticipation for our visit. We had a reservation for 8:30pm, but upon arrival, we were asked to standby quickly so that another group could be seated before us. We patiently waited on the side for an additional 30 minutes as we observed the staff attending to other guests. Feeling frustrated, we eventually approached the staff and were informed that we had never checked in with them. This miscommunication was disappointing since they had initially instructed us to wait. However, once we were seated, our server, Paul, provided exceptional service throughout our visit. He was friendly, attentive, and made our dining experience enjoyable. In terms of the food, it was decent, and we found our drinks to be enjoyable. While it didn't exceed our expectations, it was still satisfactory. Overall, despite the initial setback, we enjoyed our visit.

    What a surprise! Salt and the Cellar is an elegant oasis surrounded by a desert of cheap gift shops and fast food restaurants. Due to the tourist location, our expectations were low. What we discovered was great ambiance, outstanding service, and top notch food quality and preparation. Unfortunately, the level of the music was so loud that it made normal conversation extremely difficult. If the decibels can be lowered, then this restaurant is a home run.

    Decided to celebrate my birth month every weekend in September. Glad my friends and I agreed to dine at Salt and the Cellar. Phenomenal service the moment we stepped onto the property. Our server, Paul, was so attentive and has proven to be one of the best in town. Definitely not your standard restaurant inside a hotel because of above mentioned, and the fact that the food is delicious. What an elevated experience!

    Great evening - spectacular cocktails, fun, upbeat service and good food - however diminished by long waiting times before everyone had their drinks or food. The appetizers were amazing (I had the crispy tofu), but the main dish (took the eggplant) was not up to the level that I expected it to be (for the name they have for themselves). We tool the "Magical dining experience" with drinks and several sides. We had a good time, but I would not recommend it as it stand now.

    I had one of the best restaurants experiences ever!! My waiter, Paul was attentive and helped guide us on the best food choices for the evening! The lobster was tender and the filet mignon was amazing! I will definitely be back to experience the Salt & the Cellar again!!

    Loved the décor, the food, the service. I wish that it was made more obvious or someone called from the restaurant informing us that this hotel is completely ALCOHOL FREE. The restaurant didn't offer wine, beer nor any liquor. So if you are looking for alcoholic cocktails this is not your place. In fact, while we were having dinner, three separate tables with large groups, got up and left when they found out that they didn't serve alcohol.

    My boyfriend and I celebrated my 33rd Birthday here and the service, food, and ambiance was fantastic. Our server Rafael was amazing and his service was impeccable. We will be back to try out more dishes, this restaurant is highly recommended.

    First time dining for dinner. The food and service were spectacular. However, a DJ played very loud club like music right in the middle of the restaurant made it impossible to hear our friends at the table and enjoy dinner with a pleasant conversation. This was extremely disappointing. We would return for dinner if we need for sure that would never happen again, but since we do not know that for sure we may not return sadly, despite an amazing meal and service.

    We had a wonderful dinner last Monday night. The service was outstanding, and the food was delicious and original. The manager, Davide, greeted us and made sure everything was perfect. What a surprise to find such an amazing restaurant hidden in a boutique hotel near Disney!

    This was such a great experience, the waiting staff was honestly the best part of the dinner. The plating of the food was very pretty, and the drinks although nonalcoholic were very exciting to see and taste.

    The food and ambiance was amazing. Super cute hotel and the cocktails were fun! However, the service was not the best. Working in fine dining for 15+ years, I know coursing and timing and this was beyond that….. the timing between each course was way too long and our entrees all came out at different times with missing items too. We looked forward to this night out all week and honestly it was such a disappointment sadly. The poor service took away from the experience.

    We were completely overwhelmed by the fantastic dining experience we had at The Salt & the Cellar. The service was impeccable with the staff treating us like family! Our meal far exceeded our expectations as this was the most uniquely prepared food we’ve had in years. Delicious! The ambiance was fantastic with the most upbeat & contemporary music playing in the background. Thank you for making my husband’s birthday one we’ll never forget!!!!

    Very VERY expensive for what I felt was a underwhelming dinner. The restaurant looks beautiful but the ambiance is dead. Literally 2 tables were filled out of 15-20 tables. Also the dinner took forever to complete! From the specialty non alcoholic drinks to the dinners we were sitting for about 2:30 hours.

    Salt & The Cellar is a hidden gem in the Disney area. The food was excellent, the mocktails were dramatic and delicious, the service was outstanding, and Pearl (our waitress) went above and beyond to make sure our dinner experience was perfect.

    This place was absolutely amazing we did the magical dining which was $60 for three course meal. I ordered the waggle tacos amazing and the filet mignon which is small but it was still fulfilling for dessert. I ordered the chocolate cigar. It was delicious and I like how they do non-alcoholic drinks, so a plus if you are Muslim and like mock tails

    We were forgotten for the drinks but everything else was divine. The non alcoholic drinks are delicious and the pizza appetizer for magical dining was spectacular. The chicken and mushrooms were ok but the mochi was delicious

    Elegant dining experience at The Salt & The Cellar! We visited during Magical Dining and we were not disappointed. Our server, Paul, was friendly and welcoming. He was knowledgeable about the menu as he explained our choices to us. Since they do not serve alcohol, he explained the mocktails to us and they all sounded amazing! The Grilled Eggplant and the Miso Cod were delicious and the presentation was amazing!

    Date night and took advantage of Magic Dining. Best kept local secret. Jorge and Gabriel were spectacular. A must is anything of the specialty cocktail menu. (BYOB as there is no alcohol and no corkage fee) The meal and dessert was amazing.

    After a very disappointing experience at a fine dining restaurant the previous week Salt and Cellar was just what we needed. The Jardin Chicken was the most moist flavorful chicken I’ve ever eaten. The filet melted in your mouth and the kimchi Brussel sprouts just fantastic. Brenda our server was very kind, knowledgeable, and attentive. Couldn’t have asked for better date night restaurant.

    Magical Dining will be hard to beat! We opted for a $60 restaurant option for the new(ish) Salt and Cellar at the Ette Hotel in Celebration, not far from Animal Kingdom. The hotel itself is quaint and high end, the staff perfectly attentive and food devine. They do not serve alcohol in the hotel so you are free to drink all the wine you desire to bring with no corking fee - a bonus for us as we have quite the collection. You can also bring other spirits and they will create incredibly imaginative and lively cocktails from the finest ingredients. We started with the Wagyu tacos - small but mighty and a bit spicy with jalapeño - and the tuna pizza with truffle oil - holy hell on wheels this was one favorite of the night. I could eat this every single day. Then, we had the garlic maple soy chicken and the miso cod. We weren’t craving red meat last night or would have opted for the filet as we heard it was divine. The chicken was lovely but not something I’d pay $40 for. The cod was absolute perfection. Another fave! We also had a friend tell us to get the upgrade of the king crab - we held the spicy sauce on the side (not too spicy at all) and had the clarified butter. Wow!!!! Get this - it was SO good with both sauces dipped and smeared. We had the Yuzo curd and that was nice but the AB Cigar was such a display (they only do this for special events) and so good! My husband said this was his favorite high end Magical Dining of all time. I’d agree! It’s a special place with a hip atmosphere. We had Rafael as our server and was impressed with his wine knowledge and he was truly a gem to have serve us. We also had the pleasure of a divine high end cologne sniffing session after with Poloko. He’s like a scent sommelier and mixologist. Super impressed and would absolutely do this again!!

    We dined this evening at Salt and the Cellar nestled in the ette Hotel in Kissimmee. Don’t be swayed by the never-ending gift shops and chain restaurants entering the hotel complex. THIS IS TRULY DIFFERENT!!! Our party of 3 were treated to nine dishes on the Magical Dining menu. It was nothing short of outstanding. It was evident that every aspect of our meal was expertly crafted and truly befitting of the Michelin-star rated chef, Akira Back. The attentive and knowledgeable staff ensured that our every need was met. Their passion for the menu was evident. While the restaurant operates on a BYOB policy, it was not a bother but required some forethought. It was a pleasant surprise to find that there was no charge for classic cocktails made with the spirits we brought along. They also feature a line of mock tails if you so desire. The restaurant’s interior is sophisticated and elegance without being too formal. The space, with its warm lighting and comfortable seating was perfect! The menu, service, and overall atmosphere was on par with those offered in New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, or abroad. We are grateful Orlando now boasts such a culinary gem close by.
