An Innovative Mediterranean Asian restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, dinner & Sunday afternoon tea service. Located on the main level of Orlando’s ultra elevated ette hotel. The dining space spills out onto a verdant courtyard featuring a linear fountain and fragrant herb garden where guests may enjoy delicacies and indulge in our exclusive dining experience. We ask that guests adhere to a Smart Elegant dress code for adults & kids. Casual attire such as loungewear, jeans, shorts, t-shirts, baseball caps, tennis shoes, running shoes & flip-flops are not permitted.

First off, I'll start with the positives, the two appetizers were amazing. The Tuna Pizza and Wagyu Tacos. They were delicious, and I was impressed with the quality of the tuna. The mocktails were amazing as well, and presented very nicely. The two main dishes order were the Wagyu Fried Rice, and Grilled Chicken option they had. The Grilled Chicken was quite dry, due to being overcooked. The rice in the fried rice was also overcooked, making it over salted resulting in poor quality. The flavors they used to create this fried rice dish is overwhelming and makes the wagyu in the fried rice not taste as elegant as it should. Screams cheap chinese take out the way they cooked it. Additionally, for a table of 2 they tacked on a 20 percent service charge which is ridiculous. I was quite dissappinted after I left this place considering I spent my birthday here!

Really beautiful ambiance in a luxury but minimalistic style all around. From the lobby to the restaurant and dining room all in the spot, very well balanced and beautiful. Food was the star of the night, starting with the praised Tuna Pizza, delicate and flavorful, to the Eggplant which surprised us with its meaty texture and umami flavor. The cod was amazingly cooked, presented with some miso foam that elevates to a Michelin star dish. The chicken and the filet were not behind, beautifully presented and cooked to perfection. We were celebrating our anniversary, then, for desert, they delighted us with a personalized AB Cigar coming out of an actual humidor with smoke and all!!! The warm chocolate cake in a cup was great as everybody say plus some mango Mochi to close. If the food was not enough, We had the same pleasure of being served by Gabriel, which, with His vast wine knowledge, made our dinner exceptional. First he suggested some Alvaredo Hobbs Godello from La Ribeira, elegant, lovely, to those who like Chardonnay lightly creamy with hints of fruitiness. Gabriel then suggested some Alto Moncayo Garnacha that was magnific. Medium to full body red wine, light acidity, dark cherries and a beautiful minerality the derives in an amazing long palate. Paired perfectly with all the dishes in the table and made everyone happy. Thanks a lot Gabriel and Salt and The Cellar for one of the best nights of our life.
