We arrived on a weeknight. Restaurant not very crowded. Sense of disorder. We were seated, and then waited for around 25 minutes. No menu. No drink orders. No water. Other tables seemed to be in similar predicament. We walked out, and had a fine dinner across the street.

Service was terrible. It took 15 minutes to get a waiter and 20 to get drinks -- 5 minutes after dinner arrived. Place not crowded, but noisy. Steak was good, but no steak knife made cutting difficult (fortunately I carry a pocket knife). "loaded" potato come, but not ordered. It was dry and overcooked. Caesar salad served with no dressing! Lobster puffs encased in greasy heavily batter. No bread. No butter. No second drink. Not tip. Couldn't wait to get out of there. A terrible evening and too bad, because Et Voila is right across the street, probably filled with very happy diners.

Not always easy to find a restaurant that gives parents something fairly sophisticated while also serving tasty/wholesome food for kids (chicken nuggets were really spectacular, juicy and meaty). Loved the tomato-basil soup and a salad with roasted butternut squash; my better half thought the barbeque was delish if quite spicy. Really considerate and attentive service, atmosphere was fun and casual, quite buzzy.

Everything was fantastic. The food was great. The service needs a tiny bit of polishing but everything else was great.

I had two dinners when this restaurant first opened which were very mediocre . Though the service was friendly and excellent I had no plans to return. My friends who live in the Palisades neighborhood prevailed upon me to try the restaurant again. I"m so glad I did! I had the Ahi tuna and have not had a better prepared tuna dish anywhere. My friend said the pumpkin ravioli was terrific and she's taken cooking classes in Tuscany. We ended with the pumpkin cheese cake which was also superb with a rich, light texture and not overly sweet. The signatureS&P martini is creative and delicious with just the right amount of pepper.Last night's dinning experience was a complete 180 from my previous experience.I can't wait to return! The service was A+

we had a reservation for 4 and ended up with 7- they were great - accommodated us pleasantly and didn't make us feel like they were doing us a favor - food was good =particularly the pumpkin ravioli and pumpkin rice balls - a good neighborhood option!

New Palisades eatery. Much better than the Kemble Tavern place that was there before. These are nice folks who serve good food at reasonable prices and try hard to please you.

The meal was good, though a bit pricey. The service was uneven. I was not as impressed with the restaurant as I had been during my first visit a few weeks earlier.

We had a great time and the food, wine and service were excellent. This is my third time dining there since opening. I just heard however that the Chefs/Managers (the young couple that created the whole concept and menu) have been fired. What's that all about?
