   Service was rather slow, despite there being more than enough servers. The issue seemed to be the bar was full and not one single person was sitting in any other dining area, including the high top bar tables. So it seemed those staff could not or would not help out at the bar. This was my second time here in 3 weeks, somewhat disappointed this time. Besides the service , the food was just Ok. The polish platter consisted of 3 potato pancakes, 3 perogies and 3 pieces of kielbasa. I got brisket perogies which was to come with a horseradish sauce but it was missing. The potatoe pancake’s were very lackluster , perogies average , I did like the way the kielbasa was prepared , scored and crispy skin almost as if deep fried. My friend got fish and chips again nothing to write home about . Not sure I will return but I did love the hot honey chicken sandwich I got on my first visit. The pagache however was terrible, very sparse and anemic .

   Good value , restaurant was a little chilly , the Hot Honey Chicken Sammie was EXCELLENT, the side of Mac and Cheese was rather dry. The Pagach pie was on the anemic side. Hardly any mashed potatoes, onions or cheese. Would not order that again. I would recommend the restaurant overall and plan on returning.

    Requested gluten free food on reservation. “Out of” GF pasta. I agreed to have primavera made with rice. Rice was hard, left 1/2 of it. My husband ordered his favorite pork chop, always has it with mashed potatoes. None available. Substituted french fries, obviously commercially prepared, frozen; not fresh cut. Restaurant has deleted salad with pasta dishes, so… if you order a pasta dish, you get nothing else with it, even though other entrees come with starch and vegetable. We really tried to patronize this restaurant but with my celiac disease it’s becoming impossible. Also took off menu pasta with clam sauce, which I liked very much, but they usually don’t have GF pasta anyway. Please fix these things so we can visit again.

    Great food. Italian cuisine done well with perfect portion sizes. The servers were welcoming and attentive throughout our meal. Our experience at Grico’s south was wonderful. Highly recommend!

    Small portions for the price, the food was at room temperature, not hot, staff was notified with a problem with an entree and nothing was done about it. Would prefer to go to Grico's in Exeter

    We were disappointed in the menu selections being different from the menu shown online. We were all able to order, but we had choices in mind before getting the available menu. We had to ask for bread three times for our table. but when it did come it was freshly made and still warm and very good. We felt the facility should have had enough prepared as they knew how many reservations they had on the book. There was only one vegetable offered which seemed odd as there is usually at least a second choice. Also, no salads came with the meals like they have in the past.

    So we got there at 7:15 they were out of everything we asked for including miller light. She apologized and said they were wiped out. Food was cold. Sub par. The spinach was amazing. Will never go back.

    Chicken and rice soup was extremely salty. My SIL consumed less than half of it. Arancini appetizer was cold on the inside and my husband sent it back. He did not want a replacement. My SIL ordered the chicken pot pie with puff pastry. The puff pastry was not kept on top so it remained crispy but was covered with chicken, vegetables and gravy. My SIL said that otherwise the chicken pot pie tasted fine. My husband ordered the spaghetti and meatball special with vodka sauce. He said it was very good. I ordered the baked cod with a side of grilled green beans and brown rice. The rice was not hot but slightly warm. The cod was slightly warm and had an ammonia like aftertaste. I returned the meal but also did not want a replacement. I finished my salad and wine instead. We collectively decided that we were not going to follow up our meal with a dessert and coffee because, frankly, we had seen enough bad food and did not want to risk dessert. We have dined at this restaurant in the past and found the food to be tasty and well prepared. We will not return to this restaurant in the future. We were supposed to spend an enjoyable evening celebrating my SIL’s birthday and were sadly disappointed instead.

    Food was outstanding as was the server, Karen. The hostess was accommodating. We sat on the "porch" and found it rather noisy due to the "monster" trucks and "bikes" in the neighborhood!

    All of the food was fantastic! Drinks were prepared perfectly even when asking for drinks not normally on the menu (espresso martini). Server was definitely the best we have ever had anywhere!

    I ordered broiled haddock. It was served on a salad plate no garnish no presentation just 3 small pieces thrown on top of one another for $23.00 My side order was pasta with marinara sauce . It was served with vodka sauce . I asked told it was marinara and they both look the same (yikes) I taste it definitely vodka sauce supposedly the chef verified it was marinara . He should get another profession . I also ordered a Cesar salad with anchovies , the up charge was $4.50 With 2 drinks . Coffee and desert bill was over $105 w/o tip . This is a one and done for me . Definitely not worth it to me .

    They didn’t find our open table reservation. The food was not good. The only thing that was decent was the pasta with meat sauce which had very little sauce on it. When asked for some sauce on side they told us it would be $2.50 up charge. If they put enough sauce on to begin with we wouldn’t get an up charge. Eggplant appetizer was so thick and hard also the meat ravioli was hard I had to cut the edges off. Would not go back.

    We ate here when it was Giuseppis, and was great! Thought we would try this now under Gricos South. We were disappointed. I thought something my be wrong when we and one other table were the only ones there. Service was a little slow and the food was not really very good. I got chicken marsala, only a few sliced mushrooms, sauce was just mediocre, dried out roasted red potatoes. They didn't have baked potatoes or mashed. This dish was fantastic under Giuseppis. We were a table of6 ,the salad was good, kids chicken fingers were good. Will not be going back.

    Our server Bree was excellent. Drink menu was awesome. Food menu was great not over crowded with too many choices. Just perfect. Everything was brought out in a timely spaced out matter we didn't feel rushed. Definitely will return for future nights out. Keep up the good work.
