The service was not good. Our server was not very friendly and seemed very flustered the entire meal. Our food wasn’t as hot as it should have been but still tasted good. Not a great experience.

Our waitstaff was friendly and welcoming. The fixed three-course menu was served rushed, however, with often too little room on the table for all of the course’s dishes. Bread and butter were both cold, as were the sides served family style. The turkey, stuffing, gravy and prime rib were all enjoyable though - again - room temperature at best. Some wines at the 4:45p sitting were already sold out, leaving our table overall feeling pressured on one hand and short-served on the other. Had presentation matched taste, this may have been worth $55pp; given the delivery experience, this was not the holiday meal to which we’d looked forward.

We enjoyed a wonderful Thanksgiving meal here. The Prime Rib was cooked to perfection. Our server was attentive and friendly. This was our first time to Salt and Marrow and we will definitely be back!

Would definitely recommend. Food was good, tasted like homemade. Only suggestion would be to serve a few more of the appetizers for a couple. Our server, Maurice was excellent and deserves kudos. Would definitely try again.

The Thanksgiving meal was terrific….. well thought out, delicious and plentiful. The staff and ambience were great too. We even had some leftovers for that traditional post-thanksgiving sandwich…. Including cranberry sauce. I would definitely recommend.

To say this is a wonderful place to dine is an understatement. Date night with the daughter again and this seems to be our go to place. We’re always greeted with smiling faces. Madison had a warm and inviting energy when we first checked in. We were seated relatively fast. Cheyenne was are waitress and she didn’t not disappoint. Once again, Tony grilled our steaks to perfection. With so many other venues to choose from, Salt+Marrow will always be our go to venue. Thank y’all for a great night and great food.

The food was good but now wow factor the bison steak was good, chicken pasta dish was good. The beef short ribs ok. The old fashioned was very sweet so not that good.

As we were getting ready to be seated a woman in a white coat advised us that we could no longer dine in the restaurant due to our attire which was a little cleavage and some sheer on some pants leg no body parts were visibly seen. Mine you I’d been to check in numerous times waiting on my party and nothing was said about my attire until the rest of the party arrived which was quite rude and unacceptable when I seen party dresses leave the restaurant. I will never dine here again and I always dine at nice establishments all over the world and this is also a sister property of mine that I will never refer guests to again. Thank you

This was our first experience dining at Salt and Marrow Kitchen and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Our server Madison did a great job, as did the chefs in the kitchen. My wife had the fish (salmon) and grits and the salmon was cooked just the way she likes it. Having never had kangaroo before, I could not pass up the opportunity to try it and was so glad I did. It too was served over some of the most delicious grits I've ever had and the caramelized/braised cabbage was also very delicious. I will say that the sauce on the kangaroo was very peppery, but that was fine for my taste. We also enjoyed their blueberry bread pudding for dessert. It was also nice to be able to enjoy a sunset from the top floor deck (Jackson's Bluff) just before dinner. Overall, a wonderful experience celebrating our 36th anniversary.

Skip this place and go across the street. Jessica, our waitress, was by far the worst waitress we have ever had. She almost never came to the table. We had to wait for sides she never put in then tried to blame the kitchen. Our drinks were always empty. When she did come to the table she did refills with the wrong drink. We saw her on more than one occasion standing around talking. We saw the girl who refills the water more than our waitress. We had to ask other waitresses and waiters for help because we couldn't find our waitress. She had a constant attitude. It was obvious she did the bare minimum because the tip was already included. All other wait staff packed up the left over she came to the table and dropped off containers. It was a very disappointing experience. The food was subpar. But the services made it worse

The BLT salad was pleasing looking & delicious. The Blackened swordfish was good. The New York strip was cooked to ‘medium’ perfection. The restaurant is somewhat noisy as it is opened through to hotel reservation. The wood-fired preparation adds to the flavor. Our waitress was very attentive. The meal was simply too expensive. I would hope the hotel and chef could negotiate with their vendors to provide what we ate for 20% less.

We waited over 15 minutes to be seated WITH a reservation. No one acknowledged that we were waiting. A simple” we will be right with you” goes a long way. The waitress and kitchen made a point to “rush” us to order.

Talo my waiter was very attentive and a good looking man. The Wedge Salad was amazing but enough to be a meal by itself. The fish was good but a bit salty for my tastes. I would definitely order it again but tell them not to salt it. Ambience was very nice. I will definitely be back. Thank you
