Service was okay, as they were short staffed and our waitress was trying to do her best with available resources.
Menu was good but most of the items were not available that we wanted to eat and given alternate was so salty that I had to leave my food.
Dessert was okay won’t give it a over 3 star chocolate cake was dry.
My manhattan drink wasn’t very nice also
Bathroom water leaking from urinals on floor and sink handle came off in my hand. Food was really salty.
The manager who greeted us acted as if we were from Mars. Greeted us like, CAN I HELP YOU? Um, yeah, we are here to eat, what do you think we're here for. We ordered our drinks and right off the bat, we don't have cucumbers, we are out of this, and we are out of that. Then we got the shrimp and grits, they were not edible. It was like the chef, if it was even a chef that cooked this food, threw it all in a pan, flashed it, threw a bunch a crap spices on it and called it done. I asked the manager it taste it, he would not. And what's more, he did not comp the entire horrible experience, just took off that crap shrimp and grits. Whatever you do people, DO NOT EAT THERE, don't spend a dime there!
I took my date here for a birthday dinner, and we had a great time. The food is excellent (we both had steak, but different cuts), the service from our server Robert was outstanding, and it was intimate and quiet, perfect for a evening meal. I highly recommend this restaurant!

This was not my first visit. As a matter of fact I chose this restaurant specifically to celebrate Mother's Day. I was very disappointed with the service. My husband & I had to continuously ask for coffee. The waitress did not wrote down my order, so no surprise my order was wrong. The manager was nice & apologized for the mistake. Despite this terrible start to my Mother's Day, the food was delicious & yes I will return

It was my birthday dinner! We both had the scrimp and grits which was excellent. My gratis birthday dessert choice of an apple turnover a la mode was a delicious one! Our server was very attentive and we appreciated the opportunity on a beautiful night to dine outside.
Good food, better drinks. Sat outside downstairs and then went up to rooftop for after dinner drinks. They only serve apps on rooftop so for full menu need to sit on first floor indoor or outdoor seating. Nice people watching and good service outside. Better views and ambiance up in rooftop bar. A bit loud but tolerable. Had fried green tomatoes, shrimp and grits and the swordfish. Shrimp and grits were excellent. Others, just okay.
Overall, great meal, would recommend.

Robert was our server and he was exceptional! He was attentive, provided insight into menu options, and was first class in every way. Our food was prepared perfectly and was delicious! Highly recommend dining here!
Our server Paeton was beyond amazing! Got our orders perfect and all by memory, wonderful attitude and very professional. The staff was also very helpful in creating the best birthday party on the rooftop bar after dinner. Also the lady from the hotel section was very helpful, polite, and assisted in a perfect night. All around the perfect spot for date night.
Service was good and provided by the manager Wendy. Very nice and had great mannerism. Drinks were prompt and good. Good,.. not so much. It took about 30mins for the appetizers and another hour and a half for our entrees. They lost our ticket in the kitchen. They were also out of what my husband had ordered. I’m in F&B so I have more patience and understanding for this kind of thing. They looked short staffed that night so I’ll give them a break. They did make it up with a free round of cocktails and a free app. But overall, we’ll come back and the food was enjoyable. I’m sure the next experience will be better.
The service was terrible , we have to asked several times for silverware, straws , etc etc .

Beautiful restaurant located in a very section of North Augusta. I had the swordfish over a bed of grits,very tasty. My wife on the other hand had the fillet, asked to be cooked medium. Guys come on, I can cook a filet better you did. It was very, very raw on the inside. Our waitress saw this, took it back because she said it looked raw. All they did was griddle the cut side and sent it right back, still raw. We never complained, but they will not be getting any more visits from us until they can get someone to learn how to cook a fillet! Prices are a little high, wine was good, mixed drink ok. Added,this was a special night, my wifes birthday and our first visit. Sorry guys, service was great, food below subpar at best!
Showed up at my reservation time and the hostess seated us. There were only two other tables with occupants. We only saw one server milling around and they appear to go out of their way to ignore us. There were two people working behind the cooking station and they looked like they were somewhat busy. After 10 minutes and not being noticed or seen We decided that the writing was on the wall for this experience. We walked by the entrance and hold the lady there we were going to leave and she barely looked up and said OK

The food is terrible. It’s way too expensive for what it is and the quality of ingredients used. Go here for drinks. Don’t waste money on their over priced food. Service was terrible, but they said that are very understaffed at the moment. Will not go back for dinner.

The food was a disappointment for the price. It was very bland I ordered the fish and grits, the server came back and said you were out to the salmon on a Saturday night. So I settled for the Ny strip which was subpar. The grilled chicken pasta was dry and no flavor. The server was okay the appetizer came before my peach Bellini. I was very disappointed
We enjoyed good food and good service. The vocalist entertaining was a bit loud for conversation. Would recommend a bit more background-type music.

The restaurant was set up for Valentine weekend. The servings of champagne was a nice touch. We had two appetizers (spinach dip and fried green tomatoes). They were both very good. It took twenty minutes for them to arrive. That backed up our entrees. This caused the salmon to be overcooked the steak and sides were all good.
Wonderful Place to eat! Very intimate and quiet. The food was superb and unique! They had Ostrich and Kangaroo on the menu. The drinks were well done too; not just syrup. The waitress was very friendly and attentive. We had a wonderful dinner for Valentine’s. Thank you!
My wife and I both had the New York Strip. Both were cooked to our liking and were very tender. We had the apple pie for dessert and it was fabulous.
Excellent food and service, even complimentary glasses of champagne. Some items took a little longer, but they were busy because of the holiday.

Atmosphere is “trying too hard” and the food doesn’t even live up to the atmosphere...
I was hopeful for a top class dining experience, but was disappointed. The staff was courteous, but seemed poorly trained and inexperienced. The drink order was very delayed, though the bar did not appear very busy. The food was delivered promptly, but was generally bland. It is not near the level of other higher tier local restaurants!
We all enjoyed our time, wonderful service, fabulous food and drinks! We all will return!

We were pleased with several things, the atmosphere, the side dishes, the family'style dining for Christmas. We were devastated by 2 things.
The main downfall was the lamb. It is inexcusable for a restaurant to send out a lukewarm entre that was tough as leather. We sent it back at the suggestion of the manager for a rarer piece. It was just as cold and just as tough. Why was it not checked before bringing it out?
The second disappointment was with the wait staff. When she brought our wine, she accidentally dropped a wine glass. She was very apologetic, but the broken pieces were still there when we left. Additionally, she kept trying to take the plates while we were still eating. Our 3 courses were finished in under an hour.
It was AMAZING
Got seated right away so great start. Unfortunately all down hill from there. Very slow service ordered a drink when we ere seated, took about 20 minutes to get it, ordered a 2nd drink, oppps they forgot, over 30 minutes to get that one. Food not so good. My husband had the short ribs over half was just fat. I had the ribeye, I ordered it medium rare it was medium well, I sent it back only to wait over 25 minutes and again medium well. I let them know I didn’t want another and they did take it off the bill which I had to wait until another 20 minutes for. We went across the street and had tacos after dropping $75 on 4 drinks and a plate of fat and an hour and half of our time. Drinks were good and atmosphere amazing but don’t bother with the food, try Able Browns or Frog Hollow if your looking for a great meal.
