Salt & Marrow Kitchen is located at the Crowne Plaza North Augusta Hotel. Our signature entrees are prepared on a unique artisanal wood-fired grill. The grilling technique brings out a deliciously unique flavor to the food. Start your dining experience with a selection of small-plate appetizers. Savor mouth-watering main course options, steaks, seafood, pork chops, and much more. Enjoy your favorite cocktails or a selection of fine wines by the glass or bottle. Salt & Marrow Kitchen offers a private dining room that seats up to 20 guests. An automatic 20% gratuity will be added to groups of 6 or more. Park at the City of North Augusta's garage on Railroad Ave. across from the hotel. The first 2 hours are free.

                                                                            The hostess stated they were booked when they had full availability on open table. I was told to dine upstairs. I made a reservation for 30 mins later and was sat at the reservation time within the 30 mins. Service was slow and we were sat by the door. Interesting.

                                                                            Big open space didn’t make for a cosy environment. Terrible service. Got appetizers 5 minutes before our entrees and never got my wine. Food was good except I asked for my steak medium and got it rare. About average for what you get for dining these days.

                                                                            We had an absolutely incredible time, I’ve shared the oysters, then I had the kangaroo and she the ostrich, everything was perfect, highly recommend.

                                                                            The atmosphere was quiet and romantic. The food was wonderful. Our server Kyasia was also wonderful and very sweet. She was helpful with suggestions and knowledgeable of the menu and off menu options. We ordered the porkchop and the lobster which were both perfectly seasoned and cooked. The scallops were amazing not over cooked at all and I would recommend every thing we ordered. The perfect date night restaurant or quiet spot to have an excellent meal.
