There for a girls brunch for 6. The staff seemed uninterested and bothered about moving an umbrella in a half seated patio where there were plenty of unused umbrellas. Took a good 10 minutes for anyone to come by table and the waitress was surprised to see us seated there. The name is new, the decor was not. No material changes to the restaurant from herringbone. Less than fair experience overall. Vegas should be better than this.
My husband and I enjoyed this restaurant so much! We are there three times while in Las Vegas. The food was incredible. We would highly recommend the steak sandwich. Great quality meat, perfectly seasoned- however the bread for this sandwich was what took the meal from great to OMG!! The bread was soft without being doughy or mushy on such a juicy cut of meat ( not an easy feat to accomplish!) I would also recommend the crab roll, I inhaled it. Again, the bread was a win. It was a totally different kind of bread but freshly baked and still warm and complemented the lobster meat, which was generous in portion amount. The cocktails were refreshing and inventive. I really enjoyed their “Better Mules and Gardens” cocktail, slushy with cucumber vodka with a hint of sweet. Next time we are in Vegas, we will make plans to eat there at least once. Our servers were great. One day we had Peter, charming and fun. On top of everything despite a restaurant packed with socially distanced tables. Always smiling and never lost his cool. The last day we were there we went back for another steak sandwich and Renee was our server. She was cheerful and lovely and funny as well. Her smile was so genuine you could see despite the mask she was wearing.
We love this place!
Super cute and good
Best lobster roll west of the Mississippi, also excellent waffle. Good place for brunch.
Freshest and best Lobster Roll in Vegas, homemade waffle and pancakes also excellent. Highly recommended, but watch the time: breakfast is only up to 11:00am, then lunch which finishes at 2:00pm. Nevertheless, well worth the visit.
Beautiful restaurant, patio is amazing but the food it’s incredibly overpriced for what you get. Caprese salad are 5 pieces of tomato and a cheese on the middle nearly $20 for this. Service good
Restaurant closed and didn’t even call to let us know.
We were sad to see that Herringbone had gone, and along with it - the best brunch buffet I’d ever had. The food here was good, same cool atmosphere, same great service, just not what I had expected. I’ll miss Herringbone, which I used to make it a point to visit regularly... not sure I will for this place.
Food ranged from basic to good. Service fell apart with delayed dessert and errors on the check.
The server was super rude. I had one extra guest and asked her if she can accommodate. She told me that there not single extra chair available whereas there were plenty.
She even gave me options to go to other restaurants. Terrible experience!
Different experience than usual seemed the restaurant was a lot busier than usual. Still love this spot, but we noticed dining here three times for lunch this trip (we were frequent patrons of previous restaurant Herringbone too) that it seems the restaurant lacks a definitive identity and seems to be kinks in that confusion. The food quality is still great, and the staff are wonderful and super attentive dining when you dine at the tables.- but each time we went it was a different experience and seems that the restaurant is operating as the previously named establishment but with confusion. This is an amazing location and the outdoor seating is the nicest at Aria. The seafood selections are super- high quality. The cocktails are great as well- all seem to be the Herringbone favorites Too bad restaurant could have stayed Herringbone - it was a favorite.
Food was underwhelming. Very loud. Took quite a while for food to come and I don't think it was worth the value
Both sea bass entrees on the menu are delicious. A bit pricey but overall it a great restaurant with a chill atmosphere and a great outdoor dining section.
Michael was the best waiter! His service was impeccable and sincere. Brought the heater over to me bc he overheard I was chilly outside. Thoughtful. Lunch was delicious seafood skiff was super fresh and salad was delicious. Still loving the Better Mules and Gardens. Thanks for another great meal.
At first was disappointed to see Herringbone had changed. This was just as amazing. We had the best outdoor patio seating and lunch was awesome. Better Mules and Gardens still. Best cocktail. Service was amazing. Our entrees were fresh and delicious. We had the fish tacos and lobster roll.
The service wasnt that good
The food excellent
Opened to whole floor; not an enclosed restaurant. Food tasty. Service very good.
The brunch doesn't have as much food as other buffets, but everything there is top notch. Also, you have a menu to order from which really completes the whole selection. The service was over-the-top compared to any buffet on the strip. These are professional servers with great personality. If you like great food, you have to try it. If you love seafood, this is a must.
My husband and I had the Chilean sea bass and halibut entrees. Both dishes were expertly prepared - some of the best seafood we have ever had. The salads were very large, but we were able to split one. The ambiance was a bit like an upscale sports bar, not at all pretentious.
thought we’d grab some food before the knights game, we are locals. It was very underwhelming. Don’t get the lobster fried rice, was not great and it was $26 also got the skiff cold seafood platter, was $75 and you got 3 oysters, 2 TINY shrimp cocktail and some lobster and crab. If you want a great seafood tower go to Tbones at the Red Rock, so much better, the quality of the seafood was NOt great either. Also, I got a grilled cheese and it was American cheese, gross. For a casual but finer dining establishment, it was not impressive at all. Got to Catch For seafood.
Brunch outside was FANTASTIC! Energetic music played by a Dj, fantastic food and service. Just what we needed on a Saturday.
Music in outside seating area a little too loud for conversation.
Went for a weekend brunch with friends and sat on the patio. The patio was well equipped with heaters, which made for comfortable outdoor dining in the winter. The buffet had an excellent spread with many food options. Highly recommend
Good food and service relaxing
Excellent restaurant with a lovely outdoor seating area in the Cosmopolitan Hotel. The seared tuna sandwich was outstanding.
Loved brunch!! Fabulous food and amazing DJ.. sat on the patio .. highly recommend 🖤❤️
Amazing seafood. Keep the Bellini options
Tried several thing, all were good...the buffalo octopus was amazing.
The outdoor seating area is very nice. Each table has a decent amount of privacy. The food and service are both excellent. We enjoy each meal we have had here.
They canceled my reservation without notice. Put a huge damper on our trip
Great restaurant but no vegan options at all. So if you’re vegan it’s not worth it to pay $20 for 3 pieces of lettuce
Wasn’t great for the money.
Party of 8. Service was terrific. The food was terrible. Over cooked halibut, 2 total king crab legs for $68, chewy pasta and the branzino is tiny. Bonefish grill is way better. We went for an experience and all woke up feeling ill.
Overpriced food. Good service and nice atmosphere outside.
Always an amazing experience, the seafood bar is next to none and the ambience on the outside patio with the DJ is fantastic, especially after being in a casino for a while. Love this find for brunch.
Absolutely one of the best Buffets in Las Vegas! Unlimited seafood, including shrimp, lobster and oysters! A carving station that included prime rib, lamb and turkey. They offer a bottomless mimosa, Bellini and Bloody Mary package. The service was wonderful. The servers very attentive! We will definitely visit on our next visit!
Food is outstanding, but service is slow so be prepared to wait. I highly recommend the buffalo octopus- I’m not an octopus fan and I still love that dish!
Definitely sit in the patio if you can especially on a beautiful day. We went a la carte instead of the buffet brunch. Bottomless peach and strawberry bellini is worth it. Sliders were good. Loco Moco was bland and disappointing. Couldn't taste any truffle in the duck fat fries with truffle; otherwise it was good. Friendly waitress but she was the only one so service was kind of slow. A bit expensive for the value.
Great service and food.
