   Waitress was very friendly and pleasant. Didn't feel like they had very many food options. Only special was pizza. Very loud. Hard to read menus with the type of lighting. We didn't leave upset but it didn't hold up to the hype.

   Food was ok. We were not offered the brunch we made reservations for. We wanted the Easter brunch.

   Thank you for your review Corinne. We sincerely apologize for the experience surrounding your reservation and the Easter brunch. It’s disappointing to hear that we weren’t able to offer you the brunch you were expecting, especially after making a reservation. We completely understand how frustrating that must have been. Our Brunch ended at 3 PM, and unfortunately we had a very busy weekend and began to run out of our easter items around 2 PM. We’ll be reviewing our processes to ensure that this doesn’t happen again in the future. Your feedback is really important to us, and we hope you'll give us another opportunity to provide the experience you were hoping for. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

   We had a lovely Easter Brunch. The food was extremely tasty and the staff very attentive. I'm vegetarian and it was lovely to see that many menu items could be adjusted to accommodate this. It was my first time at Salt and Ash and I found the decor very interesting - I can visualise how it will feel very "beachy" when summer comes but right now it is warm and cozy.

   It use to be my favourite restaurant in the city but I wasn’t impressed with the menu this time around. It lacked variety and the food was just okay for the price point.

   Ordered the pulled chicken sandwich with fries. Not very hot and there wasn't very much chicken in it. Some of the chicken was tough. The flavour was good but for the price it was just a big bun with not much in it. For a pulled meat sandwich, I was expecting more. The fries were pretty good.
