Das in der Altstadt-Süd von Köln gelegene Restaurant steht für höchsten Genuss und dafür sorgt Küchenchef Saloum Raphael Doucouré. Zu seinen internationalen Kreationen gehören unter anderem Seeteufel mit weißen Bohnen, Pfirsich, grünem Spargel und Garnelen Sud, geräuchertes US Shortrib mit Topinambur und gegrilltem Romana oder Pulpo mit Artischocke, Paprika und Chorizo. Das Besondere: Der Gast entscheidet, ob er lieber eine kleine oder eine große Portion des jeweiligen Gerichtes haben möchte. Eine beeindruckende Auswahl an feinen Steaks wie zum Beispiel ein 800 Gramm schweres Porterhouse sowie leckere Burger (Tuna Burger mit Thunfisch Sashimi, gegrillter Ananas, Avocado und Chili-Limetten-Mayo) runden die Auswahl in dem stylischen Restaurant am Pantaleonswall ab.
