お料理の見た目も味もとても良かったです。ただ、女性の店員さん（アルバイト？）は、器やお料理の想定外の質問に全く対応出来ず、全てスルー。他の店員さんに聞いて後から返事する等の対応して欲しかったです。

本日の献立のようなメニューが封筒に入って用意されていました。それは面白い内容でよかったです。ただ少し凝りすぎなのかな？という感じがです。食事の構成、バランスもいまいち。お肉をスタッフの方が調理してくれるのですが、お箸からお肉落とされて。変えてくれるのかなと思ったら手でそのお肉を使用してお鍋に投入。彼の誕生日にこちら使用したのですがさすがにその場でいいずらくて指摘はしませんでしたが… そこそこいいお値段もするところで楽しみに行ったので残念でした。

今回初めてお伺いしました！友達のママと一緒にお肉会目的でSalon du Kuma3 北新地へ(^O^) お店に入る前から雰囲気が楽しく、また全席個室で気兼ねなくお話が出来るのはとっても良かったです！また、食事もパフォーマンスが素晴らしかったのと、メニューの解読がとっても難しかったけど、それを解きながら料理を待つ時間は楽しめました！お肉を心置き無く堪能できたし、コースはフィレで注文させてもらいましたが、いや〜もっと食べたくなるくらい美味しかったです！もう少し早く出してもらえるほうが、私的には嬉しいですが、楽しい時間が過ごせて良かったのと、これからも使いたいお店の１つになったので新たな発見ができて良かったです(*⁰▿⁰*)

お肉の創作がどの品も見た目に華やか味もとても良かったです。量もほどよくお肉の火入れも完璧でした。個室なので落ち着いてゆっくり出来ました。

完全個室なのでゆっくりと落ち着いて食事や会話ができます。食器も凝ったモノが多く目でも楽しめます。デートや接待に最適かと思いますが、反面大人数の飲食会には向きません。
