Del equipo editorial de OpenTable: Alums of the now-shuttered popular gastropub Maison Publique opened this exciting, new-wave French bistro in Little Italy in 2020. Since then, Salle Climatisée has kept turning up the charm with a sage green storefront, fresh bud vases, and a chalkboard menu scribbled with inspiration from the nearby market. When they're on the menu, the leeks in vinaigrette have their own fan following and helped earn the restaurant a spot on Canada’s 100 Best Restaurants list.

La carte est un peu plus sophistiquée qu'au début et elle change chaque jour. Le plat de poisson était exceptionnel. Le porc est toujours gagnant chez Salle Climatisée. Les vins sont maintenant présentés sur une carte. Évidemment le poireaux fondant qui ont fait la renommée de l'endroit n'ont pas bougé d'un iota. Tout était de première qualité, sans oublier le service amical et discret à la fois ! Chapeau !

Perfect, loved the leeks, radicchio, pork, bread, and best of all the sticky carrot pudding. Great service.

Awesome restaurant!! Delicious food, everything is perfectly seasoned. The dishes are creative and use local seasonal produce. Everything is nicely plated but not overly pretentious. The service is warm and makes you feel at home. One of my favourite restaurants in Montréal. The seasonal quince desert was to die for.

An absolute amazing experience, with a small 10 options menu but all are researched and well thought off with fresh produce of the season. With only 2 chefs in the small kitchen you would think service would take long but no, they are efficient and so focus. Service was also amazing with all the servers helping everyone. We had a amazing time.

This restaurant was recommended to me by my son. It was excellent ! The food was delicious! All of the flavours blended well together. We loved the cozy atmosphere of the restaurant and felt quite at home. The recommendations of the owner were much appreciated and contributed positively to the overall experience. Thank you for a wonderful evening.🙂

I went here with my partner for the first time to celebrate his birthday, and wow we’re both amazed how magnificent the whole meal was! We did a 5 course meal with 2 wine pairing and 2 desserts, we took our amazing server suggestions and everything was beyond delicious! We will 100% definitely come back again!
