En esta vinícola joven de Erick Plata se encuentra una cocina expuesta donde no existen los clichés, recetas de baja que procuran ser fiel a los ingredientes utilizados generosamente por la mano del Chef.

Our family enjoyed a lovely afternoon taking our time trying different dishes, all of which were delicious, muy rico !…from the oysters to the crab salad to the grilled golden beets to the tomahawk, all was cooked (sin los ostiones, por supuesto) to perfection. Perfect for families or a romantic date, a special occasion, and just about anything, casual to fancy, but I wouldn’t wear heels unless you’re a professional in these matters 😉. Highly recommend!

Had a fantastic lunch at SalAzar. The setting is peaceful and open, with a relaxed vibe that fits perfectly with the Valle. We ordered the quails, solomillo, jurel with percebes in mandarin vinaigrette, and a beetroot salad with labne. Every dish was balanced, flavorful, and beautifully cooked over fire. The jurel and quail were especially memorable. Great wine, attentive service, and a meal that really captures the essence of Baja cuisine. Highly recommend.

Best place in el Valle de Guadalupe to eat and enjoy an excellent meal with some regional wine, with a view! Excellent service as always, we come back every time we can.
