   We were so disappointed when our favorite Brazilian steakhouse in the area closed their doors a short time ago…and now we are so excited to have Sal e Brasa. We made reservations and had zero issues upon arrival. We were seated immediately per our preferences! We recognized many of the staff including the manager and we couldn’t have been more happy! Service was fantastic- so attentive and friendly. The food was delicious. So many offers on the “salad bar” and a little bit of something for everyone no matter your food tastes. There were several selections of delicious meats served table side to our liking. The restaurant was clean, low key, and felt very comfortable to us both. They were busy but this didn’t impact our service or experience at all. We will be back!

   It's a good place to eat, you won't leave hungry, that's for sure. They have good drinks and cheese bread. The meat selection was good, but they needed to salt the beef a bit more. The atmosphere is great, will definitely give them another look after they have had some time to get their feet wet in the area.

   They are still working the kinks out. Service was both intrusive and neglectful during different parts of the meal. The sushi rolls were very meh. I've had better sushi rolls from HEB. The meat was good. Very similar to Avenida, which I miss. Hopefully they will improve.

   It’s not just a meal—it’s an experience well worth checking out! The staff is incredibly attentive, treating you as if you’re their only guests. The meats are flavorful and satisfying, leaving little to be desired. And if that’s not enough, there's even a well-stocked salad bar. Best of all, it’s all-you-can-eat!

   We had dinner at this restaurant on Monday. They offered a variety of steaks, and all of them tasted great. The open bar provided a decent selection of sides. The wine list had a good selection overall, but the serving sizes were mostly bottles and half bottles. I would like to see more options for glasses. I will definitely be returning to dine there again.

   Service was amazing, meats were good but some of them had too much fat or nerve in them, but other than that it was still good, will come back for more!

   We went on the opening day. It was very good. There are a few tweaks to make, but it’s a good option for rodizio.

   First of all, I want to qualify that my visit was during a grand opening event, so restaurants have to fine tune the operation. I judge it more weighted to the food quality, attitude and ambiance and give concessions to some food service issues. The food and layout of the appetizer bar was excellent. The meat delivery people were outstanding. I think because this was the first night, many people asked if we needed anything, so my drink was a little late coming (it was complex, not beer or wine). I also did not receive my expresso at the end of the meal. That was taken off my bill, and to tell the truth, I was so happy with my meal, it was a minor detail. Many people checked in with what we need, so I chalk it up to miscommunication and an over whelmed staff. This was my first visit to a Brazilian Steakhouse, so the staff was very helpful in showing me the ropes. I would visit again and bring friends. There is a trick to the best experience. I know you are hungry, but hold back on the appetizer experience. Pick the meats that are outstanding and for me , it is the beef and lamb. Save room for dessert, because they quality of the Creme Brule was worth the restraint.
