We are trying to be as sustainable as possible, so we search out products from all over the world that share that same mindset. Japan, New Zealand, Iceland, Alaska, Maine, Scandinavia, and more. In line with sustainability, we try to use as much local produce as possible. Our micro-greens are grown specifically for us, right here in Missoula.

At least when you make reservations over time one should be allowed to request a table of preference ! Music is always too loud. In general, staff is somewhat accommodating . Sushi is overrated.

Have always loved Saketome. Missing our favorite server Zahara who, with her bright smile and kind professionalism, made each meal more fun! Our server last night, although very nice, kept explaining that he was a bartender and didn’t know what was in the rolls.

Fresh as it gets in Montana, service is always excellent, accommodations to modify an order to gluten free was made happily! I always try something new and am amazed each time; open your palate and explore the menu you will not regret it.

The decor is gorgeous! We loved it so much for our girls night. The service was friendly and good also and the food was delicious. We only got one roll each so that made the price for dinner pretty low. If you need multiples, it will get more pricey. Highly recommend.

As always delicious sushi, nice ambiance, great service, I only wish they had done something for my sons 13th birthday since we mentioned it in the reservation and as part of the process they ask you if your celebrating any special occasions...they did nothing with the information. Either way I will be back for sure!!

our first visit back in a few months and were surprised to see some of our favorites (like the Spicy Udon noodles) have been removed from the menu. Everything felt a little off food-wise - the new Gyoza dumplings were served cold and had almost no filling (we sent them back) and our rolls were good but not their normal great. Our waitress was fantastic despite being in the weeds and somehow managed multi tables while making sure everyone had what they needed. I am hoping now that they have their new counter lights installed they can put their focus back on their food and get back to being the great place we loved.

We had a wonderful time! It wasn’t as busy as we expected for Valentine’s Day, which made it that much more enjoyable. It was a wonderful experience. The best food as usual! Hands down the best sushi in town. And the ambience was perfect.
