Overall, a great experience with attentive service and good ambiance. Noise level was a bit loud for normal conversation, but not too loud where you have to shout. Ordered the fried green tomatoes, caesar salad, and olives with feta for appetizers, which were all seasoned well. Would not really recommend the olives as nothing really stands out about it, similar to the olives you can just get at Whole Foods’s olives bar. The fried green tomatoes were good, though a bit heavy between the batter and the thick pimento cheese, but good flavor profile. The lemon miso salmon was excellent, more of a sweeter lemon taste with a hint of miso. Wouldn’t recommend the branzino as the bland beurre blanc sauce did not really complement the lighter branzino filet. A friend really enjoyed the chimichurri skirt steak. Highly recommend the banana bread pudding with the candied walnut and glazed bananas.

Overall it was good, but I did inform the restaurant we were celebrating a birthday but it was not acknowledged and we were also sat right next to a very noisy table but it was plenty of empty tables.

We were celebrating a birthday and the experience was outstanding. From the moment we walked in the door and was so pleasantly greeted, to the wonderful hostess who took us to our table and engaged in thoughtful conversation with us, to our AMAZING server, Connor, who was seasoned, fun, perfect timing, checked on us an appropriate number of times (I really can't say enough), to the wonderful violinist, which provided the perfect brunch atmosphere, all the way to the exceptional food and drinks. Thank you to all! We will definitely be back and have already recommended Saints & Council to several people!

What a great restaurant. Swanky, upscale interior vibes, very friendly and welcoming service, and the food…. There were so many dishes that sounded amazing! Our waiter, Kevin B, broke the entire menu down for us giving us tips and advice so that we would all be happy with our meal. Unfortunately, I forgot to take pics as I was caught up in the fun of the evening, (we even witnessed a proposal), but from the drinks to the appetizers to the main course, it was ALL so delicious.
