   Food always good. Friendly service. We ate outside so noise level was low. Beautiful day and view of the bay and fort.

   This place was having an off night. Despite being one of two parties in the restaurant at 6pm, service was inattentive, food was not hot and side dishes came well after the entree was served, and more importantly, no one on staff cared. I told a party coming in to turn around that was how bad it was.

   The Waite staff were horrible and not because of lack of personnel. There were plenty congregated at the bar in deep conversation. It was so bad that every patron seated began mingling with other parties to determine if everyone was having the same terrible service. The food took nearly 2 hours to come out once ordered and then the matter of getting a bill and THEN getting your card returned was another very lengthy wait. People were so upset to the point they wanted to walk out. This caused me great anxiety. The food was savory but came out cold with some parts slightly congealed. Not worth the 200 spent. They won’t ever rob us again. The Collage restaurant is FAR more worthy and even Roof & Fort. I was not expecting this given the reviews. What did we eat?: Beef Wellington & the $59 Steak. The Brussel sprouts came out after we got the check because the waiter forgot but the jiffy mix cornbread with maple butter was a HIT!

   What a disappointment this was. St George used to be our favorite restaurant in St Augustine, but has declined significantly. On a Saturday night at 8pm, we were the only diners in the restaurant--what happened? The chicken was the toughest we have ever eaten, the mahi overcooked. We asked several times for another bottle of water, the salad was not dressing on the side as requested nor was it served all together with the meal. When the salad was brought to the table we remarked that we asked for dressing on the side and the only answer was 'oh'-nothing like 'let me remake this'. When we left at 8pm, they were sweeping the floors and polishing the stairs. The setting is lovely as always, but not enough to want us to go back again-sadly. When we kindly asked what happened, we were told it was a slow night, however around the corner diners were waiting in lines to enter other restaurants. We are so sad to see this happening...

   Loved the salads and lemon cheesecake. The pork chop was just a little over cooked but had a delicious crust. The Mac n cheese was a little plain that came with it.

   Our experience at Sainte George has always been great. that's why we keep coming back. Lovely restaurant and terrific food

   Our waitress was very friendly and sweet. The food took forever and was not good. My husband’s mahi mahi was very overcooked. My ribeye was ok but drenched in sauce and the side salad was drenched in dressing. I like a lot of dressing on my salad but this was extreme. I would add that the hostess was also very sweet and accommodating. The restaurant was very pretty but very very loud. It was not a good experience.

    If I could, I would give it a 0. Service was non existent except for bringing you water the first time. I asked a server twice to get water and after 20 minutes I went to the bar to get told that they were busy making drinks I had to wait. That is a restaurant problem not a client problem. Wine was brought and she slammed the wine glass in front without even allowing us to taste the bottle. Waited about 1.5 hr before we asked about our food only to be told that it would be 20 more minutes and then she said you had an appetizer as if that allowed them not to bring the food for that amount time. We ended up leaving without eating. Other couples seating in the balcony had to get up and 2 families left before us just waiting for a server to even get to their table. Bathroom was dirty and they didn’t even have paper to dry your hands. I told the hostess and waiters but nothing was done. Worst experience. Avoid this place.
