Food was a little pricey, but excellent. We ate outside and it was a little chilly, however a heater was provided. Overall we loved the experience! We have already recommended it to friends.

I recently had lunch at Saint Jacques @ The Burke Manor, and it was my first time dining there. The whole experience was awesome, from the atmosphere, to the food and the service! Our wait staff, Sarah, was such a delite. She was so pleasant, engaging and a fellow "foodie"! I would highly recommend this restaurant!!

Server was rude and served our order incorrectly yet still charged us for he mistake (she said "you ate it didn't you" and I thought... "what were you going to do, serve it to someone else?" LOL!), the snails had no flavor as the pesto looked like pesto but NO pesto flavor and no garlic flavor either... totally BLAND, The menu is French ONLY in the appetizers... the entrees were just standard American menus items. The cost was high and DEFINITELY NOT worth the cost of $195 with only $30 of that in wine. Very disappointing and will NOT return and will tell people to stay away.
If your, so called friends, are as disrespectful, rude behaviored and ill-mannered as you were to our staff and guests around you, thank you for doing us the favor of keeping them away. Should you, for any relevant reason, have any question, please contact French Native Chef/Owner Lil Lacassagne. He will assist you in remembering you never returning.
Food was excellent. The fish was cooked to perfection. Flavor of the food was exquisite. I would recommend this restaurant to all of friends and family.

The dinner was awesome! We had snails and goat cheese as starters, salmon and flounder as entrees and créme brûlée as dessert. Everything was very well prepared and presented very nice on the plate. Great selection of wine. Excellent service that made us feel very comfortable. Best French food we have had in US. And not to forget to mention the beautiful interior.

The food is very French and very fabulous! The atmosphere is gorgeous. The only downside is it is not quick. Plan on a relaxing beautiful 90 minutes. I would recommend this to anyone who enjoys great food.

My husband and I went to dinner for my birthday. I had the flounder and my husband had the pulled pork. We had creme brûlée for dessert. Everything was delicious and the service was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience!

The only disturbing noise was from the trucks passing by as we enjoyed the ambiance of the veranda and the gardens during a delightful dinner.

Fantastic atmosphere dining on the veranda of a restored home; food was excellent and creative; the wine list is notable; the server was attentive, knowledgeable, and made us feel comfortable and able to easily communicate even as she wore a mask.

What a wonderful treat!! The mushroom soup was absolutely delicious. The service was great and seating was very spread out. I suggest dining at a table on the front porch if available. We want to visit again to try the Ribs.

Overall we love St. Jacques! It is a beautiful hotel and restaurant. We dined on the front porch, which was a wonderful experience. Kenny did an amazing job as our waiter. Our only complaint is that our daughter did not like her meal. Kenny offered to get her something different, but she didn’t want anything else. When we got the bill, we were charged for our daughter’s meal, which we were surprised by since she sent it back and had only had 2-3 bites of it.
So glad to hear you enjoyed the veranda and Kenny's service. I am sorry he forgot to comp your daughters special vegetarian crepe that was not her liking, definitely an oversight on his part, which we would have corrected immediately. I'm glad the other 4 entrees with the complimentary salads were enjoyed by all. We strive for a 5 star rating and exceeding everyone's expectations, I apologize we slipped up on yours. My husband and I love to visit Saint Jacques at the Burke Manor Inn whenever possible. The service is impeccable and the food is always delicious no matter what the order. Chef Lil Lacasagne always offers not only familiar favorites but an interesting choice of new dishes to try. Our most recent visit was at lunch when my husband ordered the gnocchi with beef tips and I, chicken with vegetables - both we highly recommend if they are on the menu! This is one of our favorite restaurants in North Carolina.

I have had the good fortune to dine in many fine restaurants around the world. I can not think of any whose food and service surpass Saint Jacques. Highly professional wait staff, and wonderful, inventive cuisine very well prepared. Quite a surprise in little Gibsonville!
