Saint Ann Restaurant & Bar fue diseñado por el grupo Shimoda Design Group and Hardwood Design Team, con sede en Los Angeles, es un nuevo concepto de restaurante que cuenta con la terraza mas amplia de Dallas. El restaurante se encuentra junto a Saint Ann Court, el histórico edificio, bien conservado, de St. Ann's School, que Harwood International transformó en un restaurante y bar rodeado de arte y jardines. El restaurante está abierto para el almuerzo, cena, brunch y bebidas. La estructura original del edificio fue construida en 1927, y fue la primera escuela de Dallas para niños hispanos. Además de la estructura original, Harwood International conservó el mural llamado "Our Lady of Guadalupe" que sirve de punto de referencia del jardín. En el primer nivel del edificio de ladrillo de dos pisos está el Saint Ann Restaurant & Bar y en el segundo nivel el Museo Gabriel Barbier-Mueller Museum: The Samurai Collection. I have been here before and I was surprised how empty the restaurant was - not sure if the chef changed but the food was OK nothing special - luckily our server was attentive and personable - no rush to go back

Really beautiful restaurant. One whole wall was open to the lovely patio. We dined inside, but just steps from this open wall. Zack, our server, was great, attentive. We had already had breakfast, so the largely egg-based brunch menu wasn’t perfect for after-church luncheon for us, but we enjoyed yummy burgers and fruit. The best thing about Saint Ann is that indoor/outdoor feeling you often only get at big resorts—right in the middle of downtown Dallas!

Although the quality of the food was very good, the menu was not very exciting. Nothing to go back for. Always wanted to visit this place and was disappointed. No pastries or anything unique on the menu. Not much of a coffee program either. Coffee served was lame.

I ordered a dessert to go that I didn’t realize had ice cream on top of it. The server should have asked me about the ice cream and either put it in a separate container or maybe substituted whipped cream. The ice cream melted into the cobbler and made it very soggy. The Hollandaise sauce on my Benedict was very thick.

Service was not great. Out waiter must have been new, because he seemed to be confused when we were trying to order. We were charged $40 on out credit card for someone else's table. I am still waiting to get credit for that. When I asked about getting validation for parking in the parking garage, I was told the wrong thing. I was charge $28.00 for less than two hours!! I called the manager about this and she told me that she would work on both issues. Still waiting. This use to be a great place to eat downtown. Sorry this happened. Too difficult to get there, so unless issues are resolved, will not be going back. Will let you know if manager corrects this mess.

I am in the foodservice industry so I completely understand the shortfalls of labor and service. For this reason, I never write negative reviews. That said, on Mothers Day (the only day I get to relax and have a good meal), I felt nothing but disgust. I always entertain customers at Mavs/Stars games. Sometimes, I meet them at Saint Ann for a good meal. It’s always been a great atmosphere. My sister mentioned the Mother’s Day brunch on the patio and my mom and I thought it was a great idea. I also made reservations at the Samurai museum bc it always looked interesting. While we were waiting, I let the hostess know we were going upstairs. She mentioned she had our reservation was inside. * my sister had selected “garden view” but they told her she had to notate “outside” on the reservation but would let us know if they could make it work (which they kind of did) * I then told the hostess I’m vegetarian and wanted to see about veg options - she was annoyed and said she’d check…no response * We finally got our table and it was missing my chair. I advised I didn’t purchase the preset meal ($60 pp) bc I didn’t know if there were vegetarian options. The waitress was confused and said that was all they had. * I advised everywhere I’ve gone, the chef can throw sides together. Asked if they could do that - she said she’d ask yet no response. We pull up our own chair and squeeze tight. * I ordered champagne and confirmed it’s the waitress it was regular champagne - she said yes ($70/bottle). 40 min later a gentleman brought rose. I advised I had confirmed champagne (don’t drink rose) and he told me that was on the menu. He brought another champagne ($102) - which I love by the way. I showed him the menu and kindly apologized. He was the assistant manager. We still got charged the full price even tho they were out of the menu item. No problem. * A few min later the rest of the table got their sodas. * 52 min after we sat down, we got our preset menu items. * 2 of the app

I am so sorry that we fell short of providing the dining experience that you have come to expect from us. We try to accommodate special dietary needs when available, the mix-up with the champagne, and the delays in service are particularly concerning, and I will be addressing with my Team.
