I can't say enough about the staff and their accommodations with my party. They allowed us to use their private room for our business meeting. The wait staff was awesome and the food was out of this world. Kudo's to the management for their training and attention to detail. While the restaurant is a little pricey, it is well worth it for food quality, service and atmosphere. We will be back many times in the future.

Food was excellent ! Igor was outstanding! The only complaint we have was the hot sun. We did request outdoor dining but the sun was beating on us for the first 1/2 hour. Sunset finally arrived and we were fine. We will return for sure but next time we will request indoor dining. Definite worth it!

This was our best meal in Naples during our recent visit - the food and service were both wonderful. Caviar service, tuna tartar, octopus, Dover sole - just delicious. We are so glad we dined at Sails and have already suggested it to friends.

We are repeat customers several times each season as well as our adult children and friends when they visit. We love Sails and would like to have future experiences that are much better. We had a 6:30pm reservation and were seated immediately. The server obviously wanted us out before 8:00pm as she hovered over us asking us to order within 10 minutes of getting the menu. Food came out too quickly to possibly be cooked to order (which for the price would be expected). The last couple of visits we’ve noticed the food has become more saucy and heavy instead of beautifully subtle as in the past. Did they change chefs or sous chefs? We don’t mind the high pricing as long as the food and experience lives up to it which it did not in this case.

Last night El Cid provided us with one of the best dining experiences we have ever had. Four of us were celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary, and he went out of his way to make our night outstanding. The food was absolutely delicious, but the service from everyone was above and beyond anything we had ever experienced before. El Cid and the entire team anticipated our needs before we even did. Thank you so much, Sails, for giving the four of us such a memorable evening, we can’t wait to come back for brunch!

Sails is a splurge and well worth it. Service is spectacular. Food is well presented and delicious. Drinks are tasty and endless if that's what you want. Make reservations early cause this is extremely popular.

With wine, 2 bottles not wild money, a round of cocktails, and 2 dessert for the table… $1,200 for 4 people. Service is exceptional and lovely patio but food was by no means exceptional and can’t understand such a cost for anything less than wonderful.

This was my second time to Sails. The servers and kitchen staff are to be commended for an exceptional experience. Our waiter Ramazon, was extremely attentive, polite and knowledgeable. We are looking forward to returning in the near future for another outstanding dinner.

Food is just simply exquisite. Every fish is prepared creatively and our table of 4 enjoyed every dish. The peppered tuna rossini and lobster ravioli were two of the most incredible things I have ever eaten. Service was very attentive and they have a very nice outdoor setup. The restaurant is very expensive but its worth it to have a memorable experience. I an a foodie and have eaten in many great places around the US, and Sails is easily in the top 5
