Great food, outstanding service

This is by far our favorite restaurant in Naples!!! It’s upscale with a sophisticated crowd; the service is incredible, food is outstanding, and the whole experience was delightful. The live saxophonist was a nice touch to the ambiance! Great seafood and beautiful presentation- yummy cocktails too!

This is the place to go if you want to show off high prices but without the commensurate service. The food was good but did not justify the price.
One should not have to ask for more bread or for one's water to be refilled.
Then a service charge was automatically added to the bill so one is unable to reflect on the service.
Six of us were seated next to a raucous, loud, obnoxious table of 8 people who totally ruined our experience, as well as that of 3 other couples seated near them/us.
We could barely hear each other talk.
The staff should have had the manager come out and at least offered a drink to those who were hoping to have a romantic dinner.

Amazing amazing amazing!!!!! Where do I start??? The 3lb wagyu steak, lobster ravioli, tuna tartare, focaccia, sticky toffee pudding, crab avocado salad!!!! It was all very good!!

Staff is excellent, the sommelier recommended two exceptional bottles and the saxophonist serenaded is at the table. Hands down the best restaurant in Naples...

First the service was spotty we didn’t know who our server was at first . They tried to up sell us on the wine . We ordered our food and the calamari that they recommend was rubbery . We did tell our waiter and he did nothing . We did order wine by the craft and the craft was chipped on the top so we did tell our waiter and he brought a second one and the glass on this craft was cracked . The food was just ok and I felt it wasn’t worth the money . Everything was a up charge . I do not recommend this restaurant !

This is an excellent Restaurant. Great for special occasions and just for an outstanding dinner with a special person.

We celebrated my sister’s retirement in style. The food and service was spectacular. It was a bit pricey, but we did not care as this was a special occasion.

Dining at Sails will not disappoint! The menu is diverse enough to be able to find something that suits you. The service is top notch! White glove! The food and drinks are unique and will leave a lasting memory on your palate. I have only been for dinner, not lunch, but there has always been live entertainment in the form of a musician playing an instrument with background music playing. A lovely atmosphere! Much better than a vocalist in my opinion. I can’t wait to return for another wonderful dining experience!

You get what you pay for- but in this case, it is totally worth the price. The service is impeccable- attentive but not overbearing. The food is delicious. The music (sax or piano) creates an elegant ambience. They automatically include a 20% tip so just be aware of that (to their credit, the waitress pointed that out). A must for a special occasion.

Excellent delicious dressing and Sauces. Service was extraordinary. Drinks were well prepared. Was expensive but worth it.

Everting was great except I do not believe my husbands fish from Greece was correct, was branzino. Disappointing as we were celebrating my birthday.

Sails is a very hyped Naples eatery. We were there on Easter Sunday and it was very busy. The special of the day was lamb- 3 big rib chops plus generous slices of meat ?leg of lamb. It was very good. I still have 2 chops in the fridge for tonight! My companion had a lobster ravioli appetizer that was delicious but quite small. The focaccia was scrumptious and the bottle of Vouvrey was very good. Best of all was the professionalism of our server Lauren. Two women sitting nearby were in ecstasy over a dessert the had two of. A special place for a special day!

Easter brunch was incredible! This is my very favorite spot downtown! The service is exceptional! The food is out of this world delicious. This restaurant is elegant and comfortable...the live music adds a certain something too!

The restaurant is very beautiful and located in the end corner of 5th Ave. The food was average at best and for the high price...very disappointing. My guest ordered a $85 Rib-eye that was absolutely horrible and we should have sent it back. It was 100% fat and tasted greasy. Worst piece of meat I have ever tasted. The Octopus app was below average. The Crudo app, Tenderloin and Organic chicken were good but the Tag
liatelle was horrible. My Italian guest wanted pasta and he left 75% of the pasta untouched. We ate at Bravo the night before and for half the price of Sails...we had a great meal. I will never go back to Sails ever again...period!

My husband and I celebrated our Wedding Anniversary at Sails and had a spectacular experience. The service was outstanding and we loved each course. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. We ate the tuna tartare and avocado and crab for starters and then market fish and ribeye with sides (potato purée, mushrooms, and asparagus) for entrees and finally the soufflé for dessert. The live music was also wonderful.

Sails is an incredible restaurant with impeccable service and attention to detail. This was the best fine dining experience that I have had. The food was excellent. Our head waiter gave us great input on the wine list, and recommended a bottle that we really enjoyed. Thank you to Sails for providing such a great experience.

This is a fabulous dining experience. The wait staff is attentive and knowledgeable. The food is amazing and the ambiance very nice as well. I highly recommend Sails.

It was fabulous on every level! Best dining experience we have had in Naples over the years.

We made a reservation almost 3 weeks in advance and asked for an outside table at 6:15. We were told because we reserved on Open Table it made a difference that our request wasn't satisfied. Although they had it in their notes we didn't get our request. They had plenty of outside tables available for 7:00 reservations but wouldn't honor the Open Table reservation at 6:15 outside. Their policy seemed to be to fill direct call in reservations for tables positions before those made on Open Table--so be aware. We were offered an inside table right by the live music were you were unable to talk. After refusing that we were seated at a table that was suitable by the service bar. The service was great. Three of the meals were very good. One comment would be that the risotto was very salty. We ordered the Gran Marner Soufflés and they were wonderful. This is a very pricey restaurant and I feel that the experience should be top notch. The Maitre d knew there was a problem and never addressed it. With all the choices in Naples this is not one that any one in our party feel they need to return to.

Good food, good service, however on the expensive side

What a fun and bustling place! We sat outside which was perfect and much less noisy. Our server Bojana was outstanding as were all the helpers who delivered or picked up plates. We had the four-course Prix Fixe Menu. Everything was delicious and beautifully presented. It was a lovely evening!

The service is incredible and the food and cocktail list are even better. Well worth the price for the quality and service. I've had both, the prefix and ordered off the menu. Neither ever disappoint. Highly recommend it. Family friendly or great for date night!

I ordered the arugula lobster salad for my first course and the lobster was practically raw. Sent it back and server was very gracious about it and brought a new one very quickly.

Great outdoor exceptional Sunday brunch! A Gulf Coast / Palm Beach experience. As winter Naples residents, we will return for a repeat experience(s) before heading north for the summer.

Friends were down visiting for Palm Sunday. Had a marvelous brunch. Our dining experience at Sails is never anything but great!!

Excellent food, even better hospitality. Veljko and his team are running the best restaurant in Naples. Comprehensive wine list and I haven't had a dish I didn't like (I've now been 3 times)
