Great service and amazing food! Well be back!
I truly think this is one of the Top 10 restaurants in the country operating today. They are at the top of their game in food (innovative, consistent, delicious) and service (thoughtful, friendly, efficient). This place is better than most of the dozens of Michelin starred restaurants I've been fortunate to dine in all over the world.
Waited 45 minutes for requested table. Hostess was very apologetic and got us appetizers. Too few bar tenders and servers and ambience is not what is was in previous years.
This is one of those few restaurants where they do everything right. From the courteous but unobtrusive service to the soufflés . Menu item selection to preparation and presentation, THEY DO IT ALL RIGHT. It shows when ownership (who's on site and involved) takes pride in that they do and how they do it.
During Covid and social distancing we were all outside literally on top of each other .
Other than that and pricing very enthusiastic on your part it was a very nice experience.

As usual, an excellent experience at Sails - arguably the best fine dining restaurant in Naples. The bar is always fun with knowledgeable and friendly bartenders.
We brought along some friends who were first-timers and they were blown away.
Great food. Professional and personable servers.
Only quibbles: A much too pricey wine list. And, if you are at one of the tables near the musicians a bit too noisy.
Incredible fresh seafood. They have great options available, and a menu that changes daily based on what is fresh. Definitely can get pricy, but highly recommend.

This was a delightful evening! The waiter was awesome. Food was very well presented and tasted wonderful. A musician was playing which added to the pleasant atmosphere.

Went to the Champagne Brunch on 1/3 and it was fabulous! Gabriele was our server and we had a lot of fun with him, he is an excellent asset to a great restaurant. The food was amazing, highly recommend the French toast!

Forgettable. Skip it. Everything was under-seasoned. The only thing that was good was the wine.
The food was good but small portion for such an expensive plate. The wine list is the worst I have seen, when asked for a recommendation our water did not know. I asked for a taste and the $90 bottle was sent over to us. I did not open, requested a taste again..did not like and informed waiter and then again the bottle was brought over to us. The waiter could not understand me and I could not understand him. He argued with me and said I ordered it. We will never be back. The food was good but portion size too small for the $$$. Not one person was polite or kind..not what I would expect at an upscale restaurant. Our family lives there and does not ever go and now I see why.

Excellent service. Food was delicious... more expensive than expected sin e we bought a fish by the pound to eat ... but very good! Dessert was the grand matinee souffler. Well worth trying!
The food was among the best I have ever eaten including some excellent places in Italy and France. Our waiter, Roman, was superb in suggestions, attentive and engaging. The wine was also excellently paired by Roman as well. I would highly recommend Sails for a special occasion.
Sails is amazing! We are foodies and dine all around the world and this restaurant is top notch. The best ingredients, preparation, ambience, and impeccable service. The atmosphere feels like a restaurant in the south of France! We came to Sails first in the fall and pretty much planned our Christmas trip around coming back to dine there again on Christmas day. Sails will not disappoint!
We ate there in Xmas Eve, the food was very good, the waiter was charming and warm, and overall it was a very enjoyable night!

Underwhelmed!! The food was not exceptional and rather pricey!
Horrible service. Very slow. Made my moms steak incorrectly, waited forever for the waiter to come back and check on how our food was, which then we had to wait another 30 minutes for her steak to finally come back. We were done eating by the time she finally got her meal. No apology from the waiter on the wait. No manager ever came to check on us either after the incident. For a such an expensive and well known place I really expected more.
