From start to finish we had an amazing experience! We came here for Sunday Brunch as the cap to a girls weekend and birthday. The menu was so unique and curated beautifully. From pastries to each course and finally the stunning soufflé, you can tell there is such attention to detail, even with the amount of people the restaurant serves during their brunch. Would recommend to anyone and hope to be back someday!

Absolutely amazing dining experience. The food and service were both excellent! On the prix fixe menu I had the octopus, lobster ravioli, and the ribeye and each course was delicious. I could not more highly recommend this restaurant.

If Six Stars were possible, Sails would easily qualify. The professional ownership and staff provide as much attention to every detail as any restaurant I’ve been to (NY included). Bar seating has become a favorite for the posh locals.

Our experience was beyond outstanding. We celebrated our 50th anniversary. We have been going to Sails since it opened and it keeps getting better. For the first time we enjoyed the nine course tasting menu. Truly memorable. The entire staff is remarkable. Everyone stopped by and congratulated us. Our favorite waiter always knows what we like. Sails is truly an experience.

Sails is the premier restaurant in Naples. The food and service are unsurpassed. The staff is great. They very much make you feel welcome and appreciated. The atmosphere is comfortable and relaxed. Their prices are on the higher end but the quality and dining experience is 100% worth it.

When they seated us, they said it was the best seat in the house. NOT!! They sat us by the open kitchen, it was steaming hot and the there was a constant gathering of waiters around our table waiting to pick up their food orders. So very disappointed! This is supposed to be one of the elite restaurants in town. It was a very bad experience, especially on Mother’s Day!!! No roses, no nothing!! Sad!!

Employees are extremely friendly, but one of our dining partners was given incorrect information about available seafood. This person’s order had to changed and the seafood brought made this person ill after a few swallows. Presentation and employees attentiveness did help with the other diners experience in our group.

Sails is our favorite place in Naples to dine when we are celebrating. This weekend we chose to go for Mother's day brunch (booked the Saturday at noon reservation) and it did not disappoint. We've been here before for dinner, a sunset menu, and a happy hour at the bar and every time we leave satisfied and craving more! The Brunch is so fun and such a nice way to try so many different options and share with friends and/or family. They greeted us at the door with champagne before we even entered and then once we sat, the food started coming and did not stop. I had all of my favorites and more! The food is delicious, and the ambiance is beautiful but the service sets this place a part from everywhere else in Naples. The staff is beyond friendly. It feels like they are excited for you to be there and enjoy their special restaurant. We can't wait to come back to celebrate once again!

This is a special occasion spot as the prices are quite high, but the food is divine and the service impeccable. You are greeted warmly and your every need is anticipated. The three-course tasting menu was perfect for us. My truffle risotto was truly to die for. (I got so full eating that, I was about done as it was rich--but oh so delicious). They had soft lights and a saxophone player who was very good. Perfect ambiance for our Anniversary dinner. They even printed the menu up with our anniversary date on it as a keepsake and gave us dessert wines when we were too full to order dessert. My husband loved his grilled octopus (outstanding) and the steak he ordered. I should also mention that I am gluten free and they catered expertly and considerately to my needs. Nothing was too much to ask. While it is higher priced than many spots, you just can't get this kind of service today anywhere else. (Dinner for two without dessert, two glasses of good quality wine and one cocktail ran about $400 with the tip).

Overall we enjoyed our experience as we have in the past, but unfortunately the ceiling AC vent was dripping water over our guest’s suit jacket. It was really awful and embarrassing as I especially picked sails for this special evening and should not be happening at a restaurant of this caliber. It was also happening to the lady next to us. The vents above look dirty and it was just gross. Meantime The waiter brought out our food but my husbands fish was undercooked - the waiter quickly took it back and they kindly made another fish but by that time my guest and I had finished our meals so it was out of sync. The staff did bring a lovely dessert and moscato as a congrats for our anniversary.

This was our 2nd visit to the restaurant and both visits exceeded our expectations. The greeting is warm and sincere; the attention to detail is superb as is the service. Should you not be happy with something; your voice is not only heard the problem is addressed immediately. We were celebrating our anniversary and we both left feeling wonderful and would not hesitate to come back and bring friends and family. Everyone should go try the food and relish in the ambiance. My mom and I went to Sails while visiting from Michigan. We celebrated her 60th birthday and the entire team at Sails made it an incredible experience. Our server, Ramazan, delivered phenomenal service and the restaurant staff worked as a team, making sure nothing was missed. Everything we ordered was fantastic, from the food to the cocktails. Will be back next time we are in town!

We had the most beautiful and special experience for my fiance’s birthday! We chose to do the 9 course dinner with wine pairings and it was absolutely incredible. Each course was so beautifully crafted and paired so well with its wine accompaniment. The amazing, knowledgeable staff was the only thing better than the dinner itself. They described the courses like poetry, had such a vast knowledge of wine, and made the evening truly special! We will be back anytime we visit Naples. They even drove us home after the 9th glass of wine!
