Food was very well prepared . There was one, large very noisy birthday party group that created an uncomfortable noise level and made it hard to interact with the servers and with each other.

Enjoyed a unique without having to leave the country - ingredients were fresh and tasted great. The owner and the wait staff were welcoming and very helpful as we chose what to order. Next time we'll go with friends so we can try more dishes, there is only so much 2 people can order and share. Don't let the Lake Street location discourage you from dining here, I'm glad we made the trek from the north suburbs. The restaurant is on the small end of the spectrum but it suited us. The background music was just loud enough to enjoy but not too loud that it disrupted our conversations. Parking was abundant with a lot just east of the restaurant and plenty of street parking available, we snagged a space right in front on Lake St. We'll be back to taste other items on their menu. If you're looking for authentic and delicious Vietnamese food and need to choose between going to Asia on Argyle (aka as Little Vietnam in Chicago's Edgewater neighborhood) or dining at Saigon Sisters then the choice is simple, go to Saigon Sisters.

I was staying in the downtown Chicago area, and found this highly recommended Vietnamese restaurant. When I arrived, I was met by a friendly and attentive staff. I made reservations and since it’s a moderately small restaurant space it is advised to do so, as well. I had a leechee martini with the duck entree on lettuce wraps w/spicy tamarind sauce on the side, and the beef rib pho. Dan, the co-owner came to my table and introduced himself. Asked if I was satisfied with my meal and drink. Dan and his service staff offered a very warm and inclusive dining experience to all of the patrons and it was definitely noted by me.

The experience was terrific as was the food and drinks. We had the Laksa soup which is my new favorite. Had the Branzino and the sweet/spicy chicken. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. It’s a must place to go to.

Beautiful, creative food. The crispy duck and branzino were both delicious. Balanced and flavorful. Banana dessert was exceptional.

The food at Saigon Sisters is always exceptional, I have never had a bad meal there and I have been going there for over 10 years. The servers are always very quick and efficient, as well as being courteous. Overall I would say this restaurant is a must visit if you are in the Loop or West Loop area.

AMAZING food, sincere staff, chic and cozy atmosphere. I have celiac and they have lots of gluten free options marked on the menu. Have been here many times and it remains one of my most favorite restaurants. Everyone I bring falls in love with the place.
