The do not have a liquor license and think this BYOB should be noted on open table and in the window. The menu had very few items. Food was just average.

The food and service were very good. Food is a bit more on the casual side, but well made and tasty. Like that it is BYOB. Also, tables are nicely spaced so that you do not feel as if the neighboring tables are part of your table. Will definitely return.

Disappointing experience. The food was okay but I feel it was way overpriced for Vietnamese food. Portions are small too so it’s a bad value. If the food was better I might be okay with the price. However, the food was just okay. I’ve had much better Vietnamese food at a lower price points and bigger portions.

The food was very good and fresh. We were the only patrons there for a while. Service was pretty good; had to call the server over a couple times. It's BYOB with a $5 corkage fee, which surprised me - so many other places no longer have fees. Overall a good place for dinner or lunch.

We had a 7pm reservation set more than a week ago, paid for a cab to get there and found it closed for holidays. It’s their right to be closed but inconsiderate not to contact reservation holders. Shame on Saigon Lotus-we won’t be back.

My boyfriend and I came in for dinner on Friday, December 8th. It was a chilly night and we enjoyed beef pho, spring rolls, and ginger tea. Everything was amazing! I wish we would have known that it was BYOB before coming to the restaurant, but we still enjoyed ourselves. They will be getting a liquor license, they just don't have it yet. I would love to come back here again! Highly recommend.

We had spring rolls, butter chicken and pho. Everything was delicious and the service was really attentive. Very pleasant staff. We will be back.

Good authentic Vietnamese food. Great value. BYOB at present makes it even better. I think if they go to liquor license it might hurt business. Friday evening not particularly busy, but not totally quiet. Food and service with BYOB should make this restaurant busier.
