Tired of travelling over an hour from the Western Suburbs into Sydney CBD to eat delicious Vietnamese 'Fusion' food? How about the dreaded nightrider and regretful train rides home from the city after vibing it out at a bar?

Hustlers with big ambitions and huge amounts of pride in their Vietnamese heritage have come together to create a unique bar experience in the hub of Western Sydney.

Our venue offers a fusion between traditional Vietnamese flavours and influences from growing up in a multicultural society in Australia to funk it up and keep things interesting!

    We went there last night to celebrate my son’s 20th birthday and we loved it! Great vibe and even better food! Highly recommend!

    Had a lovely night celebrating my husband and i’s birthday. We even received complimentary birthday shots - thank you! The food was so delicious and the staff were very kind and accommodating. Highly recommend :-)

    Overall experience was great. Waiters were very helpful and friendly. Food and drinks were delicious and price was reasonable. Definitely going back.

    Saigon Hustle nailed it for our Sunday night out. Kicked off dinner with free welcome shots—nice surprise. The food was solid, but the Mi-Goreng Bone Marrow? Next level. Staff was on point, in-service communication solid. Offered and moved us to a booth when it was available. Clean restrooms, great service, no complaints. Definitely worth a visit!

    Saigon sours were a good choice and the DJ was playing a good mix. Great vibe all round, definitely recommend for a night out and dance.

    super friendly service, great tasting food that doesnt hurt the wallet. worth every penny in my opinion and my partner and i enjoyed every moment of being here, would definitely recommned to anyone. cocktails were amazing to add to this!

    We came here for an anniversary. The service was impeccable. The staff were helpful and attentive. I broke my shoe while dancing and one of the waitresses kindly found a roll of electrical tape to patch me up. At 8pm, the DJ plays mostly Vinahouse as there is a large Vietnamese crowd. We waited until a bit later and were able to request RNB, Techno and Hardstyle which was fun. I wish I could have enjoyed the food and drink more. I felt a bit underwhelmed by the offerings and flavours. Half of the items were very carb-forward and didn't have much else. The cocktail ideas were creative but I felt the execution could be improved. Overall, it was an average to positive experience. Hopefully, they will improve their menu in the future.

    Saigon Hustle consistently provides an enjoyable experience for our family and friends. The food is outstanding and the service from the staff is always on point and very welcoming.
