We were a party of 7 (adults) and baby, we were seated in a small booth. We asked to change seating, which we were accommodated. Server said she was new - she was unfamiliar with menu, unfamiliar with drinks. We order mimosas with peach schnappes and was given mimosas with o.j., -- 3 different times. Food orders were not brought out at the same time; they lagged. Last two orders came out at least 15-20 minutes after everyone had gotten their food.

Overall, service was poor, server unknowledgeable, food was average. Would not return nor recommend.

The service was terrible. The waiter made very insulting comments that were racially driven. The food was mediocre and lacked any distinguishing taste from one entree to the next. Everything tasted the same. I was very disappointed.

Fantastic service and good food. Very good place for a business meeting as the level of noise is acceptable.

Service wasn't up to par for Valentine's weekend. Sat at table for 30 minutes before even being acknowledged

The atmosphere was nice. The food was good. What I didn’t like was that we had a reservation and had to wait 30 minutes to be seated. When we were finally seated, we had to SHARE a high top table with another couple. For $122, I would have liked a little more intimacy and elbow room.

I would not recommend Sage as a destination for Valentines day. I feel that it should of been reservation only. It was too crowded and we had to share a table with another couple whom we did not know. Out waitress was AWESOME!

Although it took a while for us to be seated I say overall the experience was good. I want to point out my waiter, I think his name was DJ, he provided great service. Music by the DJ was also great

Went Valentine’s night. Was seated rather quickly considering we did make a reservation prior. Service was quick. Food was decent. I ordered the short rib and it was nothing but fat. My friend ordered the shrimp and grits. She stated it was very bland. Strange but the restaurant does not have straws to give the customers. In turn they state they can give you a coffee stir. All in all, it was decent.

Me and my guest had a great time. The appetizers and entrees were very tasty. It was a happy atmosphere however it got quite loud.
We thought we would get to dance but there were tables set up on the dance floor? Not sure why? The DJ was playing great dance tunes but there was no where to dance. It was already 1030pm. And they had a bathroom attendant? Which kind of cheapen the ambience and made it less private.....
I will still come back and hopefully it will be a more classy experience!

We had a wonderful Valentines dinner! Our table was ready right when we arrived and our server immediately took our drink order. Our food came out quickly and when there was a slight mistake with one of the entrees it was quickly corrected and replaced. The food was ALL delicious and perfectly cooked. My friend and I said we will come back specifically for the pecan crusted sea bass - YUM! Our server was friendly and took great care of us. The atmosphere was very nice but was quite lively (and thus pretty loud). We didn’t mind becuz we were with friends but I can see how it would be a challenge to have an intimate date night..

The places was very nice looking. The decor was sublime and our waiter was very responsive and easy to talk to. We just had a few trouble with a disgruntled employee throwing stuff off the tables. Other than that it was a wonderful experience

I had heard good things about SAGE and had never been to the one at Perimeter. We went for Valentine's and ate early - 6pm. The ambiance of the place was nice. The hostess was pleasant, friendly and efficient. I did notice as soon as we entered into the dining area the music was turned up very loud and it was hard to have a romantic conversation when you were having to talk loud to be heard. The service was attentive and not too hovering. We ordered the calamari and some glasses of wine. The presentation of the calamari was nice but the food was rubbery and chewy. Yes, I know it is fried squid. I have had calamari in numerous places and this one did not compare. Maggiano's has better calamari. For the main course we decided to split a rack of ribs with a loaded baked potato. The ribs were cooked just right but someone decided to drown them in BBQ sauce. We found ourselves scraping off the sauce just to taste the meat. The potato was "meh" -- it tasted like it had been microwaved and not oven cooked. For the price, I expected much better food quality. That's why I rated this so low. I did tell several friends and they were surprised but did note that they had eaten at another SAGE ad not the one at Perimeter. I can only assume the chef at the other is better than the one I went to.

The menu read very well however the food was average to poor. We split the salmon topped with crabmeat and is was nothing special. We sat at the bar and saw the bartenders pricing the skimpiest alcohol pours. This is definitely a miss. Far better options in the area.

Amazing food the the service was delayed and we had to ask for things like spoons and more drink. We weren’t asked about appetizers so we didn’t order any. We would have spent more but she didn’t seem to want the business.

We got a small table next to a large group and right near the lane of traffic on a Saturday night. Our server handed us everything instead of placing on the table and didn't pick up dirty dishes before delivering the next course. Kind of like what I would expect at a Sports bar. Again he was serving a big group next to us so I can cut some slack. The food was generally good but not excellent and pricey so we were expecting top notch service and food. My husband had the pecan crusted Chilean Sea Bass which was horrible, thin fish (not thick like Chilean Sea Bass) it was dripping with grease and rancid tasting. I had the seafood grill combo which was good with a pleasant cream sauce and a substantial amount of fish although a little over cooked. My husband did not eat and instead ate the delicious bread and olive oil they serve since our server was no place to be found. We did finally get to talk to the manager who was clearly flustered and didn't want to listen but did give a resolution. I would like to try again on a slower night to see if they can redeem themselves. They have a high health inspection report which makes me believe it could have been just an unfortunate time to try them.

I went on a first date here. It’s was a terrible idea! This place is great for large groups, outings and just hanging out. NOT for intimacy...
It’s was SOOO loud between the music and ppl that we literally had to wait for noise reductions to speak to each other.
It took an hour to get our food after ordering. This is a place for groups.

My party of 9 arrived at 7:45 PM for an 8:00 PM reservation to celebrate a friend’s birthday. Upon arrival, the host informed us that they had to get our tables ready for the party. Unfortunately they were not totally honest with us, because we waited another 45 minutes to be seated. After we were seated, we received excellent service from our waiter and our food was prepared as ordered and was very tasty. Therefore, my party was not totally satisfied with their initial experience.
