   Beautiful view of Condado Bay from the rooftop, while eating dinner. My husband had the Filet and it was very tender, just used a butter knife to cut it. I had the Rigatoni it was delicious!

   Buena comida . El besito se portó fenomenal , desde los muchachos en la entrada. La comida riquísima . Lo único que si estás ordenando en el rooftop no puedes ordenar del menú en el primer piso . Son los mismos restaurantes pero diferentes menús . Me hubiera encantado poder pedir de ambos . Si es el mismo restaurante. La calidad de los cortes de carne 100%. Gracias por todo .

   The rooftop is breathtaking, and the service was friendly. The drinks were about on par with what you can find in most low to midrange nightclubs, but with prices comparable to what I am accustomed to paying in San Francisco. My partner is vegetarian, and they graciously accommodated her with a pasta dish that was off the main menu, which provided no options for vegetarian entrees. My bolognese would have been fine though nothing to write home about if it were not salted to the point of being inedible beyond a few bites. This is something that I had read in a few reviews but ignored because I typically am on the heavy-handed side when it comes to salting food. Believe me, if I think it’s too salty, it is criminally over-salted. For all of this, the prices are extremely high for the quality of food and drinks.

   The server struggled with our group of 7. The place was quiet and not busy at all. The food wasn't priced appropriately. I have no problem with very nice meals, but the food quality, including my steak wasn't as good as advertised. We had 2 NY strip steaks and 2 filet and the overall feedback from everyone was underwhelming.

   It was our first trip to Puerto Rico and we stayed at the hotel where the Sage is located. It was an absolutely beautiful boutique hotel called.O:live Mediterranean. Beautiful place to stay. Sage was an absolute wonderful dining experience. Our waitress was spotted with recommendations and attentiveness. The food was outstanding. We ended up going to another restaurant owned by the same chef(Mario Pagan)That was wonderful as well. Highly recommend the hotel as well as this wonderful restaurant.

   Our experience started off with decent appetizers but our entrees and sides tasted like someone poured a bottle of salt over them. Absolutely awful. I have celiacs (which was shared with multiple servers) and the staff had no idea what contained gluten and what didn’t including the bread they brought right after having the celiacs discussion. The waiter thought rice had gluten. 🤦🏼‍♀️

   We were expecting better food, the prices were very high. We have been on the Mario Pagan Restaurant several times and the service and food there are always excellent. We are not going to eat on Sage again.

    Estuvo buena la comida pero había un invitado que era vegetariano y las únicas opciones vegetarianas eran los "sides". Hubiese sido bueno al menos tener un plato principal que fuese vegetariano.
