   The dining experience at Sage was beyond compare. The food and service was actually six stars!

   The mushroom entre was really not good (and I like mushrooms)! I’ve eaten at Sage many times and this was the first truly disappointing meal I’ve had!

   Food and service were fabulous! Noisy table next to us, which is not what we expect for a romantic experience. No outdoor table service other than rooftop bar.

   Our dinner was outstanding. Tim, our waiter could not have been better. highly recommend saving space for dessert because they are worth the calories.

   We had a wonderful experience. The building is absolutely beautiful offering a price of Sarasota history. Our waiter was wonderful, offered good information on both the building and the food/ drinks and was just a really nice guy. Everything appeared to our table timely and correct. I had the tangerine spritz which I was a little nervous about as I do not drink gin, but the sweetness of the tangerine balanced out the gin nicely. I ordered the spinach salad which was nothing fancy but the vinaigrette was perfect in flavor and dressed with the perfect amount. I ordered the Thai bouillabaisse as it is the restaurants staple dish and it was incredible. We split the earl grey crème brûlée to finish and I would order this again and again. Best dining experience since we moved to Sarasota a year ago. We will definitely go back!

   I had the pulled pork with beet yoghurt and my friend had the duck. Both were excellent. We shared a dessert. Delightful service. A bit pricy.

   Old Spaniard cocktails and Materra Midnight wine delicious as were the wild boar cannelloni, butter chicken and tropical cheesecake. Cassie is the best server. She is always friendly and prompt. The live music was also excellent.
