Overall food choices and quality was good. O nly exception was one meal for our first time guests- the lamp was to be medium rare and it came out medium to well. The redo was acceptable but medium nor rare. Service is excellent and we’ll return!

Probably the best restaurant in Sarasota in every respect. You come for the experience not only the food. The ambiance is unique, prestigious and very customer focussed. The menu is short (= THE essence of quality!) and provides dishes you won't get elsewhere. The staff is professional, and observing every step of your table. Great. We were here for the second time and from now onwards it is at the top of our list if we want to go for uncompromised quality.

Wow! From the first steps in the door to our last, we were tickled on every sense! We came here to celebrate our daughter’s sweet 16 and she had never felt so elegant. The desserts were exquisite and we loved ending the night in the rooftop with mocktails- truly magical!

Sage never disappoints. Our starters were White Asparagus w/ Black Truffle Aioli and the Mezzaluna Pasta w/ pumpkin goat cheese. Our main course was Rack of Lamb w/ brussel sprouts and the Chilean Sea Bass. Finished with an Expresso Martini. Everything was excellent. As usual the service was great and made for a totally enjoyable evening. Pat C.

It was my first time at Sage. The experience was great! Staff was very good very pro. From the dishes that I tried : The tomato soup was very well balanced The bacon clams was the main disappointment as the taste of the bacon was overpowering the clams Their signature dish the Thai bouillabaisse was a hit for everyone who tried it. They have a very very good selection of wine bottles at unbelievably low prices A must go if you are in Sarasota

We LOVE Sage. We’ve only been with large groups and last night was no exception. We celebrated our daughter’s bday w/five of her closest friends (ages 18-21). Her wonderful grandparents also joined us. Safe to say Sage appeals to all ages - everyone was delighted and amazed by the beautiful and delicious food - from the palette cleansers, unique and exotic specialty cocktails, stunningly arranged meals to our scrumptious desserts. Johnathon and the other waitstaff gave us excellent 5 star service making us feel warm and welcomed as per usual. All of our guests, especially the young people, were just plain happy and several of them (of which have been fortunate to already travel globally), stated, “This is the best restaurant I’ve ever dined in!” Thank you Sage, for the most amazing evening and helping to create a fantastic birthday for our daughter. - P. Outstanding as usual!! I ate the seafood bouillabaisse and my wife had the Seabass. Both for wonderful as was the service and the atmosphere.
