   SAGE missed the mark. Our service wasn’t good. I asked the server for salt (the food lacked flavor) and had to ask another staff member for it. We ordered a bottle of wine, it took forever for it to come. It came after our food arrived and without an ice bucket, it was rose. We had to ask another staff member for an ice bucket. No one ever checked to see if we liked our food. We wouldn’t go again and we wouldn’t recommend it.

   Enjoyed an incredible dinner at SAGE before the Art Walk in San Jose Del Cabo. Drinks were fabulous - Kaffir Sour (mocktail) and Salvia (pisco cocktail). The food is incredible - we enjoyed the seasonal tomato appetizer, the beet and hibiscus appetizer, and the Humita pasta for our entree. And they surprised us with a dessert since it was our honeymoon! Don’t skip the plantain pound cake!

   The dishes were delectable, the service was out of this world. Cannot recommend Sage enough.

   We always enjoy dinner at Sage! Service is impeccable and the servers had great suggestions. We adored the oysters and burrata and had a delicious steak, perfectly cooked.

   Our first time at Sage. Beautiful atmosphere, very attentive staff. From the opening Salvia cocktail to the complimentary anniversary dessert, everything was incredibly good. Would highly recommend Sage for any occasion. We will definitely be back.

   Sage is a vibe. Loved the ambience, food and service. A great experience on Art Walk Thursday. The streets are bustling and the ambience is festive and picturesque.

    We love this restaurant. We have been there several times. On this occasion, our server was quite slow and frankly didn’t pay attention to us. Restaurant at a party 14 or 16 next to us and they suddenly got all the attention. We waited close to 30 minutes after finishing our meal for somebody to stop by and offer. Anything else like dessert or the check. Everything else about this restaurant is amazing. I hope this was just a one time miss.
