We want you to feel at home at Sage Bistro, Cape Canaveral Florida. We offer a warm, friendly, relaxed atmosphere where everyone is welcome. Families, friends, and even pets (on a leash) are invited to experience the Floridian vibes that Sage Bistro provides. Enjoy lunch or dinner and select from an array of food items. You can enjoy everything from homemade burgers, gourmet hoagies and homemade soups to our fresh salads, seafood, steak, veal, chicken, pork, and homemade pasta options. Compliment your experience with a selection of fine liquors, wines and beers from around the world! We also have a kid friendly menu which of course includes ice cream! Outside seating is cozy and dog-friendly.

If you're lucky, you may even see a rocket launch out of Kennedy Space Center which can be viewed right from our restaurant. We are also conveniently located just about a half mile from the Cocoa Beach Pier and Ron Jon's Surf Shop.

We visited Sage last year when we stayed in Cocoa. This year we stayed in Indian Harbour but we still made the trek to Sage for our anniversary. Even if we’re in the area only once a year, this is our fav. The food is always delicious & served creatively and the servers very accommodating. As long as we’re in the area, we’ll visit Sage!

Sage Bistro has always been our Go-To restaurant for special occasions. Honestly, the last two times we dined there, it has been good, but not very good or outstanding. They seem to be riding on their laurels now. Based on our earlier dining experiences, Sage Bistro isn't really killin' it these days. You're going to enjoy it if it's your first experience since you don't have a frame of reference.

Our server was fantastic. She was very attentive. Our food came out promptly! My husband had a wedge salad that was huge and he said was delicious. He had ahi tuna with stir fried vegetables. Again he loved it. I had the crab cake special. Crab cake was fabulous! It came with a delicious salad. I definitely would recommend Sage to anyone!

Chris was our server. ❤️Once he introduced himself to our group, he made every effort to make our evening memorable. The food was amazing! It was our friend’s birthday 🥳, and we all enjoyed her birthday celebration!

The food was very good and the service prompt. I especially liked the egg rolls on the tapas menu. Wine selection was also good. The restaurant does have a little bit of an identity crisis; serving fine food and wine with waitresses in t-shirts and shorts. It felt disconnected somehow. It did not impact the overall experience, but it did set a tone.

hmmm, we appreciate your feedback and honesty. Our identity is serving quality food in a relaxed atmosphere. We do not want guests to feel obligated to dress up to come and experience great food. We are on the beach and want to make sure everyone feels they can come in with their children after a day at the beach and we also want couples to feel comfortable dressing up to enjoy an anniversary dinner or weekly date night. Have been dining here for about 2 years. I guess they have new owners. Definitely not going back. Ambience is terrible, kitchen is slow. Food meh.

Yes we are the new owners and funny enough you are the only one who doesn't like the ambience. We have also doubled our business and appreciate people who are kind and able to communicate with businesses to their faces. We are always at our business during all operating hours and table touch all tables. Kindly bring your concerns to us. If you own your own business, we would be happy to stop by and analyze it as well. It is really ridiculous that people can write whatever they want and hide behind a keyboard.

We absolutely enjoy the food here. It is delicious. We enjoy that the tables are spaced far enough apart that you feel comfortable talking without anyone listening to your conversation

Crab cakes were excellent according to two in my party, very little filling and mostly crab. My half lobster roll also very good, full of lobster chunks. Made the reservation because the restaurant was supposed to be filmed for a TV food documentary, but no film crew visible. Found out later from a friend that filming was postponed until July 20. Would have been nice to be notified. Probably won't return for filming.
