   Arrived at restaurant to be told they did not have our reservation and that they had closed their opentable account months ago. They did offer to seat us, however only had 3 entrees available. We declined and left. Not impressed at all.

   Glad we made reservations as the place was packed. My fourth visit over five years and the food remains terrific. Best eatery in either Inyo or Mono counties. If you are in Bishop at dinner time this is the place.

   We always stay in Bishop on our trips north. The Creekside Inn, Sage & Shatt’s are our must go to places. The front staff are really nice and friendly which is welcome relief from the artificial welcomes of the big cities. For some reason our food was not as good as before. We will continue to make it our go to place. I’m sure next time will be better.

   We were passing threw bishop great find. Except we had a very loud person next to us it was very difficult to talk to my husband. But it was probably not totally the restaurant fault

   The first bite of Caesar salad sold us. Everything else from the bread to dessert was so good. we are looking forward to our next fine dining experience at the best of the best.

    A couple blocks off the beaten path but if you haven’t tried Sage for dinner on your way through Bishop then you’ve missed the finest secret for 200 miles in any direction. The food is prepared impeccably and the service matches perfectly. Don’t miss the opportunity!!
