I love the food and ambiance of Sage!!! the only problem I have it the price. I understand it's a nicer vegan restaurant, but some things are waay overpriced and it makes it hard to enjoy our visit fully, as we have to think about what to get based on prices and not just craving. We'd be eating at Sage way more often if the prices were a little more moderate. Right now if we go once a year is much. But I really wish I could go like once a month!

We liked the place, good food, good environment, nice people. Beware of parking. The restaurant had taken our reservation off the list because even though we arrived on time parking was very difficult. We ended up going to the upper level and luckily they had free valet parking. Of course you still need to tip the guy, who was running around like crazy because he was super busy. Don't let this turn you off the restaurant is good.

I normally just try to take out only here because the food is good but the service is spectacularly bad. Dined with my family last weekend we sat for a good fifteen minutes, menus down waiting for our order to be taken. Meanwhile we watched five staff members hang out in the service station near the bar. It was probably shift change but people who aren’t working should not be in uniform on the floor. Either way stuff like this happens anytime I’m here. Put upon hostesses, slow service no table maintenance, etc. which at this price point sucks. If you need something tasty and vegan just order take out. But don’t expect anyone pleasant on the phone.

Sage has a friendly vibe and provides sumptuous plant based creative dishes that are truly comfort food for the soul. I had Chilaquiles and my friend had the Goatless Greek Salad. Both were delicious.

I love to support places that align with my core principles of healthy, mindful eating and Sage does that. Thank you!!

I also appreciated learning more about the almonds we abundantly consume and the impact on our planet. Full details are located at the bottom of their menu. Very enlightening indeed.

The server I think her name was haley, she was wonderful server, she was extremely sweet and nice and came to update us when our food was coming regularly and I let her know it was my birthday and gave me and my friends a scoop of ice cream. She made my birthday dinner enjoyable and welcoming! Thank you for the great service!

I initially made a reservation for 4 people but had another friend join so I called the restaurant 3 hours before my reservation and changed it to 5 people. When we got there, my reservation was still for 4 and they did not have a table ready. They sat us quickly but the table was still not set for 5 and we had to ask a few times for extra cutlery and a glass. They also did not bring out everyone’s food order at the same time, one person had to wait almost 15-20 minutes for their entree. All orders should have come at the same time.

I don't go out to eat much at more upscale restaurants - often busy eating food from the garden; it takes a special celebration.
The ingredients were imaginatively combined, and a tasty salad and two healthy main dishes provided plenty for the two of us to eat and also a good amount to take home afterwards. The outdoors area has considerably quieter ambiance than indoors; I sure don't enjoy fighting noise to converse with my companion, so am glad I checked that out before deciding. Heaters were plentiful. Because this area is not on the street side but adjacent to part of the parking area, traffic fumes were not noticeable, also important. The waitress was friendly and helpful, gave suggestions, and kept us alerted when dishes might be arriving. They provided a free scoop of ice cream when she learned it was my birthday celebration. I would certainly go back for a special occasion.

Sage provided us a quaint outdoor patio experience. Heat lamps helped with the cool wind at 7:15. The decor was nice, loved all the plants everywhere. Food was deliscious, Daal soup, Butternut ravioli and the tacos. All were excellent vegan dishes seasoned just right. We also tried there vegan donuts and chocolate truffles. Truffles all tasted similar but yummy. The donut wasn’t too sweet so it was just right. This is one of the best vegan restaurants I’ve ever tried 👍

The outdoor patio is absolutely charming. I'd go back just for the patio. It seemed as if every patron was accompanied by a dog. Very friendly atmosphere. The food...not so much. I erred in letting my friend order for us. The menu is large and unusual & I preferred to spend the time chatting rather than reading. My bad. We had (I think it was) coconut calamari which certainly sounded interesting. I only tasted fry, no coconut. Then we had a pizza. I don't recall what was supposed to top it because I couldn't find any discernible flavor. Even the crust was boring, and I adore crust. Totally tasteless. So I would go back because of the patio and I would just be more invested in my order.

I made a reservation in advance, but the table they gave to me and my husband was crammed next to two other couples, with a shared bench, and every time they moved it moved the bench. Also the tables were to high for the chairs, I felt like I was hunched over the table. My soul bowl was bland and the kale was sandy, like it hadn't been properly washed. My husbands Jack Fruit Tuna sandwich was delicious. The overall ambience of the place was magical, but loud. The peach cobbler was the best part, we took that to go and enjoyed it at home.

And eat there a couple times a month. I just wish they would improve their service. It is always so sporadic, and you never know who, when, of if your server will return.

Greeted by noise level that made talking impossible, my friend & I went outside despite waiters' saying the patio was closed. We simply waited till out food arrived & 'waitressed it outside ourselves. The selection Bollybowl was unusual, but I wouldn't order it again, and I felt it was overpriced. All in all we made it a pleasant experience ourselves, not with much help from he staff or menu. I wouldn't go there again nor recommend it to a friend.

I just got home from dining at Sage when I got your nasty gram about not showing up. We did and we let them know that we made the reservation through open table. Don’t know whether the problem is with you or them but I really don’t like getting scolded for something I didn’t do! It really sours me on you both!!!
