   An excellent meal with good service in a nice environment. Authentic and classic Basque dishes, and a good variety of them including excellent fish and shellfish selections but also meat. Good side dishes and salads, and delicious desserts. Excellent wine list but could use more wines by the glass.

   Worse experience in 2 weeks trip to Madrid. Food was good; Servers were good, but the Manager, Ivan, is a worthless, arrogant, pig. No concept of customer service and no manners at all! He ruined our experience and night. He made my wife cry with his rudeness. This guy is a loser and should be fired - has no sense of customer service! Avoid this place unless you like rude and offensive treatment for your dinner . The owner needs to interview the staff and consider firing this nasty guy. He is a toxic, terrible human being! The restaurant has so much potential, but not while this guy is managing!

   The service was attentive and high end. The food was very good and they had a fairly varied menu. We arrived at 8:45 pm on a Saturday night and there was only one other table occupied. By the time we left at about 10:15, the restaurant was nearly full.

   We had a great table in a lovely space for dinner . Our server was great and she was very helpful with the menu and drink choices. A very enjoyable evening in Madrid.

   we had one night during a soccer training trip for a dinner out in Madrid. Found this restaurant based on OpenTable availability and reviews. we had wanted authentic Spanish Food and had read that this restaurant had a tasting menu. Restaurant gave us red sausages on the house - they were amazing. two of us had the tasting menu - it was all so good and the aged beef at the end was unlike any other steak i had ever had - amazing. others at our table had the duck breast, pork ribs and steak tataki. everything was amazing. after dinner the restaurant gave us cheese with fig jelly. we ended the dinner with rice pudding, apple pie and chocolate soufflé. would highly recommend!

    What an unexpected gem! Our last night in Madrid was made better by dining here. Everything was so artfully arranged and presented. We ordered the tasting menu and asked our server to recommend wines to pair. Everything was perfect and delicious—both the food and service. Dinner was at a relaxed pace, which was just what we wanted. But most of all, everything was off he charts delicious. Highly recommend!
