Our chef was so funny and entertaining! We had 2 birthday girls at the table and he made them feel extra special!!!
Food was great, chef was great. Server was OK. It was loud but that is what is to be expected when people are banging things around and there is fire. It was a good time and great food.

Food was great, service was great once seated. Got there at 6:55 for a reservation we had for 7. Was told whole party needed to be there by 7:15 or reservation was canceled. Rest of party got there at 7:05 which is fine. But then had to wait about 30 mins to even be seated. We made the reservation so we wouldn't have to wait. Then to be told the reservation would be canceled and we still had to wait kind of annoyed me. I have no problem with waiting. I know every business is short staffed right now. Just don't be a stickler to us if you're not holding up your end. Overall everything else went smoothly. That's my only complaint.
Our server was awful our chef was great. I understand there is a staff shortage but when I made a reservation in advance and I paid close to $300 for dinner I expect at least good service. Because we had 6 people we were charged automatic gratuity of 18%, which is fine when the service is worth it. I spoke to the manager explaining our disappointment and that I wanted the option to change the tip amount; we had already tipped the chef cash. All she could say was sorry we are short staffed and the tips includes the chef and bussers. I explained we already tipped the chef and we never seen a busser until the very end when he brought out boxes. I am over the excuse we are short staffed, my suggestion is only take what you can handle. This is very a sad time we live in so when people are going out spending this much for a dinner great service is a must!
The chef was delightful. The fried rice had no taste. It was too loud to talk to one another and the floors were slick from cooking oil.
Terrible service. Food was good but out of lobster. Waitress never checked on us or even waited on us for 25 minutes. Then we had to go find her. Went go back
I’ve eaten here twice. I got the scallops the first time and the steak the second time. I feel the steak was better than the scallops, but both were over cooked. It is also pretty loud

Very short staffed. No sushi or appetizers as they had no cooks. Staff was rude and unhelpful.

Hibachi dinners taste amazing and the chef is always fun. One of our go to when we’re really hungry!
Our chef was fantastic!! He made it fun for everyone at the table. The waitress was not so attentive. They had plenty of servers. We had to clear our own bowls and empty cups and getting refills was tough. Overall we go there for the food and that was excellent.
It was good. There will always be a wait even with a reservation which sucks but it’s fine. The food is worth it.

First time for our friends at Sagano and they loved it! We made it date night out and it couldn’t have been better. Our cook was great and the food was fantastic! We highly recommend this Sagano!
It's a nice restaurant, and worth going to if you're in the area.
Although the food is good, it's not very authentic, and overly loud. FYI, they call it Hibachi, but for reference, it's Teppanyaki.
we had such a good time here .I took my daughter here to celebrate her achievement of passing her class.. Our cook was so nice and he really cooked our food good
Love this place I take my family here often, it never gets old.
Food was cooked nicely - not overdone. Waitress was on point the whole meal. Cook had some jokes that were a little crude since we had a child there but overall entertaining. I feel that it is overpriced but we go there for special occasions only.

We have 2 members of our party with dietary needs, one seafood allergy and one with celiac disease. They prepared the gluten-free meal before adding any soy sauce with gluten to the table, also cooked prepared the seafood allergy meals before adding any fish or seafood to the table as well.
I specifically listed in my reservation that it was my sons 12th birthday. He is a cancer patient so it was really important to me that he got the full birthday experience but they didn’t read and schedule our reservation properly, so the chef was not able to do the full birthday experience for my son. They were very rude about not letting two of our guests arrive a little late even though we knew their order and we’re going to order for them as to not hold up the next party. Needless to say my two other guests that i booked for did not show up and join us. This isn’t the first time this place has disappointed us. Last time we went they completely forgot the appetizers that we ordered. This time they also didn’t give us part of our order but still charged us for it. Probably won’t be going back anytime soon. The chef was great though and the food was cooked just right.
The food and ambience were great. We made a reservation for 5pm, and the app told us to be there 10 minutes before. The restaurant didn't even open until 5 and there was a line of people waiting to get in. When we got to the host, she said it would still be another 10 minutes because they had to set the tables. We finally got seated and got drinks by around 5:30. What was the point of making a reservation? Once the chef arrived and dinner was on, the remainder of our experience was Very Good. I would come back again, but I will book the reservation for later, when they are more prepared to receive guests.
We have had the same cook for about 3 times and we think he’s tired/ old…. For the show they are to perform we are not happy with it, food wasn’t cooked the same also
My girlfriend and I planned to come here for a nice date night. We had a reservation for 6:30 and were not seated until 15 minutes later. We were invited to wait in the bar area while we waited for our table however, the tables were dirty and had straw wrappers from the previous guests. The floors throughout the entire restaurant were slick and my girlfriend almost slipped twice. We were seated in a private room toward the back with one other couple so there was very little noise during our meal. We ordered the shrimp tempura, shrimp and calamari hibachi, and filet and calamari hibachi . We began our course with the salad and soup before being informed that they were out of the calamari we both ordered. This was the whole reason we chose this restaurant for our date. Having already begun our meal, we decided to order the lobster and shrimp combo as well as the filet and scallops. The shrimp tempura was good however the carrots included were raw. The lobster ended up being over cooked to the point it was almost crunchy rather than seared. Three of the four scallops were not cleaned properly and therefore gritty. When we received our bill, our appetizer was priced wrong which was quickly fixed.
We ended up giving three stars because the atmosphere was nice, the chef was very personable and entertaining.
Food was good. Service lacked some tonight. Also my wife is not feeling so well after we got home. This is the 1st time for this in both cases.

Waitress never check on us. No drink refills during dinner. Cook was not friendly at all. We went to celebrate a birthday not even a happy birthday was offered.

Love that they are doing improvements on the restaurant with new flooring. Appreciate they are maintaining the plexiglass dividers between parties around the Habachi grills.

Our reservations was at 8pm. We got there at 7:50 and Got seated at 8:15, no one came over until we got a manager around 8:50. Dinner started cooking at 9pm and not fully cooked. Was so disappointed with this visit. My first time back out at a sit down restaurant. Got home and got really sick because food was not fully cooked.
