    Saga is an absolute gem. The ambience is warm, stylish, and welcoming—perfect for a special night out. The staff were fantastic: friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, making us feel genuinely cared for from start to finish. Every dish we tried was delicious and beautifully presented, showcasing real creativity and skill in the kitchen. The cocktails were sensational—balanced, inventive, and just as impressive as the food. Overall, Saga delivers on every front and is easily one of the best dining experiences you could hope for.     I’ve left reviews for Saga Bar before. I’ve always returned for their lamb chops and cocktails. The new cocktail menu is amazing!!! The oysters were to die for. But the lamb chops were a major disappointment. What was one of the best lamb ode eaten in Sydney, has become a fatty charcoal mess of a meal. I was super disappointed. The service was amazing as always though.
