   This is my second time here but I get disappointed with my food the pasta I order got very little seafood and it was greasy. My friend didn’t like the stuffed calamari. But the service was outstanding the staff is great!

   Cold Food and Wrongly cooked Steaks didn’t help - but the main issue was it was completely over priced by half iPad menus didn’t work and general restaurant vibe was non-existent A third full restaurant on a Friday night says it all…… Avoid….

   Experience was good, at the beginning service was too slow, long time to have ordered drinks and food. Place too much noisy, they finally accepted our request for reducing volume. Food is good but below our expectation.

   Beautiful setting and view of the city. Staff were extremely attentive and food was very good!

   The food is lovely, the service was not! You are given tablets to look at, waited forever for someone to come back to the table, annoyed with food questions. Messed up on dessert order and bill…just not the experience we were hoping for at a restaurant of this quality… that said, it is in a hotel! Would not recommend, go to a local restaurant where people are friendly food is also good and you feel like you are appreciated as guests.

   This is perhaps the finest restaurant in all of Istanbul; it certainly has the best view. The service is beyond exceptional. The only disappointment is that bar-goers began to fill the restaurant before the end of our meal, but we were ready to leave at that point.

   We absolutely loved our experience at Safran! Food was very good, service was excellent, views are insane. Ugur was an amazing server, took great care of us. Cannot recommend enough if you are visiting from out of town!

    Excellent cuisine, service and view. It is located at the top of the Intercontinental Hotel which enjoys a beautiful location overlooking the Bosporus.
