I used to love Saffrons but its really gone downhill. Really disappointing food, overpriced wine list. Overpriced menu for that matter. Avoid anything from the "char grill", don't think the chef knows how to use one properly, he or she is mistaking "charred" for completely burnt. All you can taste is burned protein. It's a real shame that a Worcester institution has become so poor. It was never the same after they refurbished a while back.
