    Excellent tandoor, we loved the lamb chops and prawns. Overall a delightful meal in presentation and flavor. I enjoyed a few of the cocktails also, very creative. This was a birthday date and the staff made it special. We're looking forward to another visit.

    The food was great if you’re looking for a spin on Indian dining - the modern presentation of the food and drinks were beautiful. Our server was very attentive and offered to give suggestions if we needed them (we did not but the gesture is always nice!) We also met the manager and he was a very nice man! The music was a little loud but I enjoyed what was playing, tables were filling up so it felt nice and lively. They have a great business going on! Definitely check it out if you are looking for a nicer meal.

    This is the cutest place ever! Perfectly designed and executed modern Indian fare. Our server was attentive and knowledgeable and we were all (party of 8) blown away by the creative bar program. Can't wait to go back.

    This was our second visit to Saffron. Our first visit was a gift certificate from our kids and we had a delicious meal and great experience. This time we took our kids there for dinner. Everyone raved about the food (delicious, as before) and the ambiance and service was great! Absolutely one of MKE's great restaurants. We will be back, and we would recommend. Well done, Saffron!     Cocktails are unique and delicious! Food is fantastic! Anastasia was a fun, attentive and knowledgeable server who went out of her way to meet our needs. Some members of our party have food allergies, but that was not an issue because the menu is clearly marked and there are lots of different options whether your concern is gluten, dairy, soy or nuts!

    We had a lovely experience at Saffron. The host treated us to wine to celebrate our out of town guests while we waited for our table. The meal was so delicious and the service was incredible! We will absolutely be back!

    This was the BEST Indian food I have every eaten outside of India. (I am from India and have been in the US for >40 years). The courtesy and kindness of our waiter and the manager was incredible. A reminder of true Indian hospitality. The only thing I would change is to reduce the volume of the music. It impacts the experience of the senses in tasting the food as the noise level is too loud.

    Fabulous food, great drinks, solid service. My only "complaint" is that it is a bit on the expensive side, but that said you certainly get your money's worth and more.

    We had the best experience at Saffron. Had been wanting to try it for months and when we finally got the chance it exceeded our expectations. The food was delectable (I got the lamb, my friend god the lobster and croquettes). The staff was very professional and all around it was a really enjoyable time. We will be coming back. Great for a nice date night or special occasions

    We enjoyed our visit, and chose to do small plates. The Chana was delicious as was the fig naan and mushroom/goat cheese appetizer. We were told we had 90 minutes to eat when we we arrived. It felt a little tacky on the restaurant’s part. There could have been a little note on the table or on the menu. The music was very loud, so we wouldn’t have lingered that king anyway.

    The service and care of presentation is outstanding. I ordered the chef's tasting and thought I'd leave hungry as the first two courses were significantly a 'tasting portion.' I would not reorder the soft shell crab bun; the bun could not be eaten because it was so hard and dense. The crab was over cooked to a crisp hard fry, not delegate one. The shrimp Tandoori was excellent; the lobster was excellent.

    Celebrated my 25th here, chose this restaurant off their posts about the (and I'm gonna spell this wrong) Paneer Millie Fuillel alone. Everything was spectacular. Everything was delicious beyond words. Must dos if you are looking for show stopping, "big city" feel food experiences here: 1. The Elderflower Blossom, the more you order at once the more fun it is just trust me 2. You must do their "desert doughnut" as your birthday desert it's stunning and too delicious its unbelievable (I'm sorry I don't know what it's called but it's like 4 doughnuts balls in honey it's great just get it) 3. The paneer millie fuille however you say it. Gorgeous. Delicious. Stunning. Bonus - the chicken Chipotle is edible art, and it's the best chicken in Milwaukee.

    We just love Indian Food. This was more gourmet than we are used to, therefore a little more pricey. We are used to big bowls of food, family style. This is more of an upscale Indian restaurant, beautiful presentations, interesting combinations of ingredients and a non typical , large and fabulous drink menu, both alcoholic and non alcoholic.
