Strange experience for an introverted group of 20-30 year olds. Would not recommend for the food. Kids would probably enjoy it.

This place is a lot of fun for kids and adults. The food was good. We liked the burger best. Service could have improved a bit. There was some confusion with a shift change, but overall it was good. Servers were funny and helpful.

Great place to go to if you want a fun time along with dinner. The only reason my review isn’t five starts is because what our server said the prices were for an alcoholic beverage was very wrong. We were expecting 25 but were charged 40 and then 3 out of 4 of our meals were also charged more than what was in the menu. They need to update menus or provide proper information upfront. Otherwise it’s a very fun place and entertaining atmosphere.

$168.00 (with tip) for burgers and fries. The kids meals are $20 each! So not worth it.

I was not impressed with the organization of their staff upon initial contact. They need to clear up their website and inter-company communication regarding group events/party spaces at the very least. We also felt extremely rushed at the dinner.
From start to beginning, it was not a good experience and made for a less than enjoyable dinner.

$20 for a crappy McDonald’s quality kids meal that my three year old barely touched is ridiculous. Disappointing and we won’t be back.

fun experience, more that just a place to get a meal, you can really engage with the theme, the space, the activities to make it more of an experience instead of just a meal out.

Disappointing all the way around. Food was mediocre at best. Service was soooo slooooow. Extremely overpriced. Took my 11yo son sand some friends for lunch. Literally too 55 minutes from the time we sat down to get our food which was just kids burgers and fries. It wasn’t even that crowded. Kids didn’t like the food. Buns were greasy. Onion rings were oddly sweet. We got the huge sundae for dessert-it looked great but tasted awful. Brownie/cake was stale. Will never return.

My girlfriend and I had high hopes for this place when visiting from Florida. Although the atmosphere is very fun and unique, the food quality doesn’t match the price you pay for the meals.

It’s ok for the ambiance. Servers are great and entertaining. Fun setting, however the food was bland. My burger hardly had any cheese on it (and it was a cheese burger). The onion rings were very oily and I could not eat it all. Tasted like old oil

It has the potential to be something great. Fun theme, but could do more spy things for kids, e.g. decoder rings, invisible ink, more who done it solving etc. QR codes, etc. Adult beverages were way over priced. Appetizers good. Main dishes...average.

This was honestly the worst meal any of us had ever had. The price for 4 chicken wings was $12. The burgers were literally as dry as cardboard and the onions rings were so soggy it was ridiculous. Such disappointing for celebrating a special birthday.

We had our kids, 8 and 9 with us. The website raved about magicians and we didn't see anything like that there. Our server was not super attentive and we had to wait quite a bit for refills and such. It was a fun place, but i don't think we would come back. Very pricey menu for burger/fries type food.

We went at lunch, very few people in the restaurant. I think it might be more fun if it’s busy and louder, also they have a full bar but we didn’t have cocktails and I think that might have help to lighten up and engage with the scavenger hunt. Our server kept our glasses filled and the food came quickly and was hot, but the food was average and the price was about what you’d pay for any decent eats in the city. Cool decor and concept is fun. Not sure we would go back, so many other places to chose from.

All of the staff were nice enough. The kids loved the Spy feel of the restaurant and all of the added things for them to do! The food was average in taste, but the bottomless sides...are a very innovative, parent friendly option. We unfortunately, never got the soft drinks that came with our meals...as the adults had drinks from the bar and the kids were too entertained to notice. Overall...a good experience.

This is an interesting idea, BUT it's SO expensive for what you get. Food is OK. The kids cheeseburger is $20 just as a reference. My 8 year old and husband went around to try and figure out the secret clues, but it wasn't exactly what we expected. We thought it would be more interactive with the entire staff. I wouldn't waste my money again next time.

Wasn’t very busy, but the service was super slow. Waitress checked on us twice. Forgot half of the food. Didn’t bring out 2 of the orders until about 30 minutes later and it was just salads. Went to order dessert and was out of ice cream. Very disappointing.
