I was quite underwhelmed with the rooftop bar. Lacks ambience and a lot smaller than expected. The toilet on the same floor needed some attention, toilet roll not on holder another had rolled out on the floor. Toilets in the basements are beautiful though. Ground floor bar had stunning decor and friendly staff, but no clients.

We booked a table for 5pm when we arrived we had to wait for our table. The rooftop bar was over crowded,the service wasn't great. We were told vacate the table at 6pm after one hour. We will definitely no coming back. The experience was horrible.

Theee best cocktails! The staff were amazing and could not do enough for us. No strawberry mojitos on the menu but when I asked they said they would make me it no issues!

Overall a nice venue for drinks. Table bookings are for a fairly short duration. We were asked to leave our table as our time allocation was almost finished. Thankfully we were able to get a table at the bar as we still had a balance on a voucher to redeem. We sat at the bar for a further hour before anyone was sat at the table we were asked to vacate. This seemed a shame as we could’ve sat there longer if there wasn’t another booking for it. Also other tables of the same size around us arrived prior to us but we’re allowed to stay at their table longer. Drinks were nice and staff were friendly.

Beautiful rooftop space, staff were welcoming and friendly. Lovely merlot in such a beautiful setting.

We had a lovely evening in The Sacred Garden. Food, drinks and service were all excellent. The only annoyance was the protracted process to secure my booking. Having booked 4 weeks previously I was contacted 5 days before to provide card details in case of a no show. Not a problem except I tried on several occasions to call and do this, only to get an answering machine, different times of day, always the same result. Left 3 messages and had a fair few messages back and forth on the open table app. Eventually someone called me 3 hours before the time of our booking to get the details. I wasted hours of time over this and surely the card details should have been taken at the time of booking? If not then at least answer your phone please!

Nice food in the rooftop section however we did not get the selection of cocktails on the menu u that they have in the lounge downstairs The chairs were very uncomfortable this would stop me coming back
