It was a beautiful day for Sunday brunch. We arrived we where seated promptly. The we wait and waited. Our drink order was taken then we waited and waited for 15 minutes for a Bloody Mary and a glass of champagne. Our brunch came is was ok at best. My hamburger was tasteless. Glad I got the works on it. The loud punk music made it very difficult to hear each other. We never where asked for another drink or dessert. We would not have stayed anyway. Sad because we where really looking forward to going. I just cannot recommend this place an an enjoyable brunch.
Best bloody mary in town! We love the place. So very great for Sunday brunch too.
We brought another couple with us, the wife had been there before but the husband had not, and we sat on the patio. The music that was playing was explicit rap music and it was very loud. We came there not just for the food but for the ambiance. I actually told the other couple that you play great music. We heard others outside complaining to the waitress about the music and volume. And one couple actually just got up and left. I don’t think people come to Sacred Beast to hear the f bomb being dropped in all the lyrics at a loud volume. It sort of ruined the dining experience for us. Love the food there though! The meal and service has always been great.
Fantastic service and food. Great atmosphere. Might be one of the best restaurants in Cincinnati!
Best cheeseburger in Cincinnati
Service was great....Ryan not only was personable, he also was able to suggest the perfect wine to accompanying each dish out group ordered. The hamburger was one of the best have had ever!! We would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the downtown Cincinnati area.
The Lemon Ricotta Pancakes are incredible! We also tried the diner breakfast, the goetta breakfast and the bad boy salmon toast, everything was very good. Pretty good coffee as well. We were definitely be back here for lunch or dinner as the menu looked pretty good too.
Amazing time at sacred beast! We went there for a birthday party and our whole party was treated exceptionally well! The food and service never disappoints! We will continue to go back!
Our 1st visit. We came from Chicago to visit our son. Food was very good- the double burger was a hit as well as the roast chicken and salmon. Favorites was the steak tartare fries and the pork rinds and shishito peppers. Nice selection of bourbon too. Only negative note was the flying bugs (knats?) There were so many and they were diving into our meals so that was a shame.
Amazing! Everyone here is wonderful. The food is always delicious! A great dining experience!
Nice outdoor seating. Pleasant staff.
We’ve probably eaten here about 10 times in the last year. The menu is constantly being updated, which makes coming back fun. The food is upscale comfort food, and is always delicious. Service was attentive the atmosphere is great. We’ve always had great experiences here. Worth your time and money!
We went to Sacred Beast based on the reviews we read on Open Table and are so glad we did. The service was some of the friendliest and most competent you'll find at any restaurant - from the hosts to the servers it's apparent they like what they do and want their guests to have a good time. Now on to the food. The deviled eggs... oh my gosh! They're the best either of us have ever had with a nice little crunch from crumbled pork rinds (sounds weird, tastes great) to go along with the kick from a spicy red sauce (probably sriracha) they were six little slices of heaven. We both opted for burgers and it's important to know a single is actually a double - two patties - and the double is a three-patty monster. The burgers were exceptional - my wife especially liked the one she chose which came with a type of sauce under the bun. I went traditional cheeseburger with fresh jalapenos added. The fries were wonderful as well and we both enjoyed a couple unique IPAs we haven't found anywhere else. All in all, it was a great dinner and we will definitely return the next time we visit Cincinnati.
Went to Sacred Beast while staying in OTR and attending a concert at The Cincinnati Music hall. The restaurant was bustling and busy with a very positive vibe and not too pretentious or loud to stifle conversation. My wife, son, and his girlfriend all enjoyed the food and had a good time while dining.
I do have to rave about the Chicken Schnitzel as it was better than I had expected. I had to try the root vegetable hash, which was amazing.
Our Waiter, was wonderful as well and was very responsive and professional.
Will Kamholtz was especially solicitous and helpful.
Fantastic food. Great recommendations from our server. Good times had by all.
Loved the food and service. The prices are high, IMO.
Great restaurant and burgers are excellent. The only thing is the burgers are very dressed with heavy “special sauce” and heavy on the bread. Can be overwhelming to the burger itself, if you not expecting it. Great restaurant though!!
Went for brunch and it was terrific. First and foremost the Bloody Mary was one of the best I’ve had. It wasn’t too hot and had a subtle flavor of pickle. Could have been from the spear or a little added juice. I had corn beef hash. I can’t say it was the best I ever had but it was pretty darn good. I should have asked them to poach the eggs. Oh well. My friend had the cheesy eggs. Fortunately she wasn’t real hungry and I got to eat some of those too. I ordered a side order of toast. It was sourdough and perfect for mopping up what the fork couldn’t. Last but certainly not least they take a reservation. No wait, great food, good service, beautiful morning....
We will be back nice place great food and staff
Sacred Beast never dissapoints! Consistantly great food and outstanding service. Can't enough of those Deviled Eggs!
Corned beef hash and gotta meals were both delicious. Service was attentive bu not overbearing. A bit noisy.
Cute place. VERY loud, really too loud. Food was absolutely delicious. Our party had the schnitzel, smoke salmon sandwich, shaved salad (unique and interesting and very good), hash browns with neck gravy, and the huge meatball (garlicky and delicious). The glasses of wine are super pricy with limited options (only one chardonnay on menu and it was $10 for a portion so small we had to ask server if it was a full glass...we were told they measure an exact 5 ounce glass). So lots of points for the great food, alcohol is a rip off.
Overall this place was very good. The space is a lot bigger than I expected for its location. The food was really good. And the service was great. We were given loads of recommendations for our drinks and food. And everything was good!
Excellent service and very good food. Great place for lunch.
Really great cocktails and imaginative foods. The deviled eggs are a must!
Music festival in town, we came to visit from Indy!
This place rocks! Amazing food super fresh! You won’t find this everywhere folks, don’t miss out! Service was as it should be, nothing short or pleasing people!
Very inventive menu. Delicious food. Fun atmosphere. Will definitely return, thank you!!
The menu a bit advant guard for the older generation....
We are in our 80"s. Very interesting cocktails.
Everything priced right!
Great cocktails, great vibe, great food.
Simple menu but the way they do it was amazing.
As always, the food was excellent! We try something different every time and have never been disappointed. I had the cheeseburger this time, my wife the meatball, and the kids the pancakes, fantastic! We are outside, some noisy traffic, but that is to be expected.
The food is amazing. It is a nice mix of French cooking, with southern flare. Deviled eggs and chicken thighs are my most favorite dishes, and they have twisty versions on the menu! We opted for the 5 egg omelette. It was a fluffy cloud from heaven with either roasted red peppers or pimentos. Either way it was divine with goat cheese and béchamel type sauce. You can add lavender simple syrup to your ice tea or lemonade. Got the tea, and now I will want it every day. A handsome, red-haired fella was our server. He was impeccably groomed but not a snob. He was exceptionally kind and attentive. We will definitely visit again when in Cincinnati. Thank you.
This has become our go-to restaurant. It has such a good vibe and the friendliest service to be found. The food is always surprisingly great. Everything is thought out to the finest detail. The chef owners are always there, guaranteeing that all will go well. So far, we can’t find one flaw!
The wedge salad was lifted far above its ordinary status to gourmet level; the salmon and the chicken legs and thigh entrees were cooked to perfection. The chocolate pot de creme which we all shared the perfect conclusion to a outstanding meal.
Waiter was perfect, food delicious, presentation faultless.
Great food, great service, great atmosphere—all the things we love.
Very good food at a good price served with good service. Cocktails were very well made. Pork rinds and shishito peppers are an awesome appetizer. Chicken leg and thigh were well seasoned with nice crispy skin.
Only miss was the brownie for dessert. Tasted pretty manufactured, especially with the plastic cup of vanilla "ice cream".
We stopped in on Labor Day. It was very busy; our first time at Sacred Beast Diner after trying to go a few times before. Inside was a pleasant atmosphere, however it was very loud and not in a good way. After some consideration all four at our table ordered burgers. When they arrived we were surprised to find out that a single has double patties and a double has triple patties. We weren't told this by our server and would have appreciated the info. It would have impacted what we chose. That said, the burgers were very good. The food was extremely slow in arriving. Our server stopped by to tell us. We were all quite famished so I asked for a basket of bread - he said he could put in an order of toast, but it would also take awhile to arrive. So we waited - I wish I had thought to time it. I would recommend this restaurant but not enthusiastically. We may have caught them on a bad day.
My family was meeting and having lunch with my daughter’s boyfriend’s family. There were eight of us in total. Service was good, friendly and attentive. The music playing was a bit loud where we were sitting for good conversation. The food was good but a little pricey. I enjoyed the rib plate (half rack) with a very good rub. My youngest daughter ordered the French toast but was smothered in blueberry syrup. My wife ordered crab cakes with a salad and enjoyed it. My oldest daughter ordered the salmon which tasted good but was small and came with no sides. She was very disappointed. Wine pours are tiny! Overall was ok.
